Staff was nice and helpful the whole time.The location was 10/10.

Rooms are old, the AC had mold. Pool was also kind of breaking apart, the lights were hanging out and the filter holes were looking moldy as well. Also the pool wasn’t always clean.

The staff were exceptional and lovely, as well as the facilities. The breakfast was small but very nicely done, and we had a wonderful time starting our day like that by the pool. The location was perfect and very accessible, offering short walking distances to the beach and local sights. We really enjoyed the classic hotel atmosphere, and we will definitely be back!

Parking seemed a bit tricky, but nevertheless, once you download easypark you can park all over the area very easily.

Pleasant

Very poor sound insulation. In the neighboring room, a couple was just walking, closing the blinds, opening and closing the wardrobe doors, and talking. It felt like they were in my room. And in the morning, the staff was making a lot of noise.

Friendly staff

No one spoke any English. It worked out anyway, but it would have made things easier. Thank you Google Translate :-)

Dinner was fabulous as they catered for our group of 30 cyclists.Breakfast was amazing on the terrace.Staff were amazingly friendly.

Conveniently close to the beach and some restaurants

No parking. 4.70 Euros for an espresso coffee and a water.Breakfast didn't start at 7am as cited in the promotion but at almost 7:30. Unattended reception most of the times I needed it

The hotel is near the beach and a few restaurants which is very convinient. The room was very clean and the cleaning staff was friendly and helpful. We needed some clothes ironed for a wedding and the cleaning staff was efficient and quick to deliver.The hotel is also a short distance from the nearby medival town of Cervo, a nice alternative to the beach. The beds were confortable. It was nice to have the A/C, which was a very modern appliance in the room.

The room and its furniture is in good conditions but a bit outdated. The window did not close properly and the nearby road was busy and very noisy. The bathroom is very small and wouldn't be convinient for everyone (elements in the bathroom a bit close to one another, you can wash your hands while seating on the toilet for instance). The pool is a bit old as well and even though it cleaned every morning, the tiles looked a slightly green. The shower near the pool doesn't work.We had to pay a bit extra for expensive services as breakfast or ironing. Make sure to book taxis in advance, we asked the day before but were told that we could wait to order it until the time of departure as they would arrive fast. Upon leaving, no taxis were available and we almost missed our train.

Nice swimming pool, garage parking, even though a bit expensive (fair enough as it is impossible to park in the surroundings). The position was ok, walking distance to sea side, cervo, etc

Uncomfortable to arrive by car (no place to stop to unload the car), room size was ok, but the bed was worse than bad.... sad room... bathroom super small, shower didn't stay still..... as a summary, luck of attention for details..... put a proper bed, fix the shower, take off old furniture and it would have been a nice room (a night side table would be appreciated)

They gave us old and small room in the other old side of hotel. The room was not even close to what it looks like in the photos

The room was very clean and quite nice. The balcony and the view of the sea and to Cervo were awesome. AC worked well.

The parking is for small cars or for skilled drivers only as the spots are quite narrow. The bathroom was okay but the showerhead could not be properly adjusted.

The location and the food.

The lady at the reception on the morning shift was unfriendly and wasn't very helpful, but the rest of the staff was always helpful and very friendly. The room was not clean, the garbage can in the bathroom was full and was smelling, the shower was not clean and the room was with hairs and bugs. Overall was not worth the money. The mattresses in all 3 rooms are old and it was impossible to sleep.

Good location close to the beach.

The staff was not very service minded except the guy working night in the reception. Parking in garage was not smooth as we had to walk in and out of the garage to tell the reception to open the gate. When you arrive at a hotel you expect a welcoming atmosphere and helpful people. We felt the hotel only wanted to charge for the nights and nothing else. No minibar in the room, breakfast outside in the warm sun and unreliable AC just to mention some other complaints.
