good breakfast

room was freezing. Not enough blankets were provided. Caught a cold because room was so cold. No one was available during the night to ask for more blankets.Water in shower was not hot enough.

Clean and comfortable. Pleasant staff and homey atmosphere. One of best ever Pizzas in their restaurant. Breakfast was excellent.

The on site restaurant was excellent for dinner.Breakfast was really good too.

Great location from which to visit the Certosa. The hotel restaurant offers good simple cooking with a Napolitan twist & generous portions. Breakfast is abundant & offers both savoury & sweet. The staff are efficient & helpful.

The dishes that were supposed to be hot were mostly just tepid, if not cold. Probably we were just unlucky as the hotel is well frequented.

Clean, comfortable, friendly, safe parking, good breakfast, good Restaurant attached. Good value for money, very close to Milano.

Breakfast was amazing, very good restaurant - we ate pizza and it was amazing and good price. We loved it. The best pizza we ate in Italy on this trip.

We'd prefer it better if the floors were wooden or if there was carpet on the floor

After about 4min of my morning shower the water started to drizzle and then ran out entirely. After another 4min of waiting it came back - cold.

Large space for parking (rarissimo in Italy), near the Certosa to visit in the morning

The single bed was too narrow for an average person and the mattress must be replaced

Room was spacious and comfortable enough, and quiet as it gave to the internal cour. Hotel is modest and clean.Breakfast is ok. Staff were pleasant, efficient and very helpful. It's just a 15min walk to the beautiful Certosa di Pavia and a 10 minute car drive to the center of Pavia.

Hotel is a little outdated, but functional.

Everything was terrible, from the location, property, bed everything.

The location, spacious room and bathroom, complimentary on site parking and breakfast, excellent on site restaurant, very pleasant staff.

Family owned and run is always a good sign of quality and service. Parking is secure. The food is amazing here and a good variety on the menu

The room was clean and the breakfast was outstanding with a wide range of options. The room was a little small but functional. The Certosa nearby is a wonderful, rich Renaissance structure, which thoroughly deserves to be seen.

The location was not quite as convenient as I had hoped. I needed to take a taxi to get from the Certosa di Pavia station to the hotel. It was a long but pleasant walk from the hotel to the Certosa.

Got a room above the kitchen. Too much noise.why did I get that room when they have a 100.

Diverse generous spread with a broad variety of different types of food. Definitely something for everyone! Very helpful and friendly staff

Beds were a bit small and lighting a bit dark.

Pleasant staff, secure parking (although a bit limited when the restaurant is open) and a nice selection for breakfast. The restaurant itself is quite good too.

did not hand me the Right keys. Nobody was in the phone had to stay outside for the Night.Never ever book this Hotel! 0/10
