Expensive for what they offer

- It doesn´t make sense the price with what they offer. I had much better and bigger rooms for half of the price in Italy, and the location is not near anything.- The breakfast was all packages and not healthy. It was a family of 6-7 member who got fresh fruits, fresh cut cheese and some other stuff, that they put on their table. Only one another couple got also such a treatment. If one has to pay more to get such a breakfast, it was not in the offer when booking it. - The man in charge of giving the coffee at breakfast (you can´t get it, you just get on cup served and that´s it) didn´t give me my coffee. I had to go and ask for it because I saw that he was serving it to the other customers, but not to me. He said he didn´t see me. - The staff members were not really friendly. - The lift was not functioning in the morning and I had to wait 10 minutes for it to come up and bring my big luggage down, but when after breakfast I wanted to bring the small luggage down, it was just not possible, and I had to bring it down the 3 floors by the stairs.

The room was clean, Italian breakfast, and the staff were very nice.

Poor air-conditioning and very noisy (we could hear the snoring of the gentleman in the adjoining room)

Arrived at our destination and was met by the owner. Greeted warmly and welcoming. We were supplied with drink and food as a welcome to their establishment. The property is well kept, cleaned and the garden has a swimming pool with lovely display of flowers and the scent of jasmine.Evening meal was delicious and we were kept well stocked with wine and bottled water and all included in the evening meal price.The food was all home made and the owner prepared our breakfast every morning and we had the option of continental as well.Our room was cleaned daily by two wonderful ladies.There was a language barrier as we didn't speak Italian and the owner didn't speak English, however we were able to communicate,The hotel is run by a lovely, wonderful family and their attention to detail was second to none.If we went back to that area we would not hesitate to book that hotel.

There is nothing to do in the nearby surrounding area so you would need to hire a car to explore the area.

Incredible staff giving the best service. Very clean and amazing outdoor area. Restaurant with really high quality food.

Traditional Italian breakfast was not to our liking, so they made us excellent alternatives. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel did not seem to notice that all closet doors squeaked long and loud. The bathroom door got stuck halfway, and needed a good push to get in. Small details but big annoyance.

Excellent hotel with good car parking on site. Good breakfast.
