Hotel Sogni D'Oro

The hotel is very nice. The rooms clean and cozy .Perfect location if you are biking the Alpe Adria cycle way. Very good breakfast, and there are two restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

The people were welcoming, helpful and friendly. Parking was easy and the location was close to a number of places of interest.

This mainly applies to the specific room we had, which differed from the others in one important aspect: It was facing a large parking lot at ground level, so not entirely pleasant. Moreover, the walkway to the back of the hotel went alongside our window and there was a bench where people could smoke so privacy was not great, and we didn't feel comfortable opening the window or its shades. The bathroom was also next to the path to the back so its window remained closed and the shade also.

The bed was a little small for a couple and without air conditioning it was a little uncomfortable at night in this hot summer. We opened the window but the nearby highway was noisy. The staff were for some reason not friendly towards us (cyclists).

Our room was facing the motorway and it was quite noisy with the traffic. In addition, being on the ground floor, we were woken up quite early by the espresso machine and the breakfast making activities. Not ideal if you’d like to sleep a bit longer.

New facilities. Simple and clean room.

Breakfast was misleading. It was mentioned by owner as a certain time but not the price. It seems a way to take advantage of travelers who might not remember whether breakfast was included or not.

Our room was facing the front of the hotel. What you don't see in the pictures, but you can see on the map: there is a road and a highway just in front. Of course truck traffic was loud all the night. You can choose between being too hot, or having loud traffic under the window.

The bathroom and the bedroom were nice and spacious. We had no problem finding parking space in front of the hotel.

I would suggest providing a holder for solid soap on the bathroom sink, I could not find a place where to put it.

Ideal location for a family holiday, the place was clean , close amenities in the area and attractions like Laghi di Fusine. The host was very attentive to our requests. Highly recommended.

It is situated in good location, near cyclovia alpe adria with modern, tasteful and spaceous rooms. There is a shelter for bikes also. Breakfast was great and Maurizio was very helpful and kind. Definitely would come again

One thing I would improve is the gravel connection to cyclovia.

Very nice and clean- arhitecture fits nice with surrounding buildings. Pizzeria next door and spaceus parking.

If there was a sauna avaliable, it would be perfect!

The design of the hotel is really nice (specially the bathrooms). It has plenty of parking space in front, and even though it is not in the town, there are two nice restaurants where you can eat. The breakfast is exceptional really (fully recommend).

The beds and pillows could be invested in. I would not say they are uncomfortable, but just not at the level of the rest of the experience. The staff is very helpful though a bit more grumpy that I would expect in the small family-run hotel.

Everything was perfect. Rooms are new, very clean. Breakfast was very good.

One disadvantage is that hotel is right near highway so you can hear cars in room even during the night.

Breakfast was great, the terrace we had it on has an amazing view, and so has the room. The hotel is close to the road but sound proofing is great so not noisy at all.Parking is right by, and large.There is a pizzeria right next door, they have amazing pizzas. Host was great, very friendly.

Very modern feel, furniture and bathroom.

Ventilation in the room would be good since the hotel is next to the highway and noise comes in when you open the door for fresh air.
