- Everything! From location to reception to the rooms to the view! If you’re trying to take a break from the busy-ness of life, this is the place to go!
- The place is beautiful and the staff is so nice and helpful. I cannot say enough about how special this place is. They have a wonderful breakfast. I think that both families and couples would be very happy here. It would be great for a destination Wedding.
- What an amazing place and experience! The rooms, the building, the breakfast area, the garden, the pool, the view... it was fantastic from every angle... and the staff was even better. We have never met friendlier and nicer people ever! Agnes, Tania and Gianni all went out of their way to help us with all our needs, even our car problems. I can only recommend this beautiful villa and this really great group of people who work there. Thank you guys for all your help and for an overall wonderful experience! GRAZIE MILLE! :)
Cons -
- I would have enjoyed a wider selection of food to choose from (during lunch or dinner meals) however given the boutique size of the villa, i can understand the smaller assortment
- that I had to leave this amazing, relaxing place and such kind-hearted people :)
- Nothing really to criticise about the villa, but staying in Tuscany requires a car and someone always needs to be the designated driver which limits its appeal as a food/wine destination. You have to drive to everything. Forget organising taxis. They are virtually non existent. Also be aware that the villa does a basic continental breakfast and decent coffee, but that’s about it as far as an onsite restaurant is concerned. One suggestion I’d make to the villa is buy an iron and ironing board. It’d cost €100 and it’s absurd that the villa provides no ability to press anything!

Beautiful property, gorgeous staff, eager to please. Room was lovely. Massive bathroom with a fantastic shower.

Apartment was very clean. There was professional personnel always kind and ready to help. Tasty breakfast as a nice start of the day.
Only good things to say. The grounds were stunning. The staff was the most welcoming and kind individuals. The location was gorgeous. We traveled with our 10 mo old and 2 year old. The staff were so sweet with our children and the space was accommodating. We stayed in the apartment which they set up an infant pack n' play for us. The breakfast the staff provides in the morning is exceptional. The lunch you can order was also amazing. We did not book our stay long enough!
View, staff, breakfast, pool, historical building
The breakfast was light and delicious. The property was exceptional, offering stunning scenery that enhanced our experience. The staff were warm and friendly, with Tania and Agnes standing out for their knowledge, hospitality, and welcoming nature. They provided excellent recommendations for restaurants, wine tasting, and olive oil tasting, and even took the initiative to make reservations on our behalf. We thoroughly enjoyed the tranquil atmosphere of the property, which provided exactly the respite we needed.
Very good
The location and villa is exceptional lovely however hotel should offer the service of a shuttle service to restaurants and to the centre . Finding a taxi in this area is crazy .
The location, the view, the nature and the staff
stunning property, pool, rooms, breakfast a little average everything else exceptional.
Everything was so amazing, from location, suroundings, staff, rooms, its just the place to relay and enjoy.
Beautiful location situated in absolute tranquility with the best view over the rolling Tuscan hills. The whole team made our stay excellent. You can enjoy the view either from the outdoor pool or watch the sunset with a glass of wine.
Beautiful old villa, with a wonderful pool, garden and view. close to the luxurious shopping center The Mall
This part of Tuscany is not the most beautiful. There are many clothing factories in the area.
Before this palce we stayed at Reganano Sul Arno. At Regnano sul Arno the place was nice but not welcoming at all, besides we had car problems. At one point decided that need to shift environment for personal reason, we chose out of instinct and moved at the last minute to Villa Belpoggio, the minute we arrived we found a very welcoming Sig Gianni. We shared our concerns and helped us imemdaitely, he went out of hsi way to ensure that we had all the assisatnce that we required. We than met his colleagues Ginevra, Agnese and Jessica and they went out of their way to make our stay as homely as possible. I recommend this place to anyone who is searching a home away from home, peace and quiet.
Nothing really
The authentic Tuscan feel .The warm reception from the staff.Very nice breakfast in the morning.
Beautiful villa and gardens on the top of the hill overlooking the Tuscany countryside. Friendly staff.
Fantastic place, definitely would recommend to take your breath and rest with a beautiful view, cosy, clean, surroundings, facilities and pool well taken care, breakfast and refreshments in place, and for dinner couple minutes away nice restaurants with scenery for extra experience.
Charming period property with lovely views and pleasant surroundings to explore
The 4 star rating is too high considering the actual hotel experience. Overall it’s lacking the attention to detail and service mindset that should come with a 4 star experience. Staff at breakfast is inattentive, no complimentary water bottles in the room, lunch offer is very limited and lacking quality, pool is too small for a hotel this size…
We absolutely loved this place, already looking forward returning. The staff, the apartment, the garden, everything was amazing! Beautiful, quiet and it truly felt like paradise!
