    Pros +

    • The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was large with a French balcony. The bathroom had a walk in shower and plenty of room. The first night in the restaurant was very good food and service. The spa and massage was a nice treat and friendly, helpful staff. Nice gardens.
    • The spa was nice and the room was spacious. The staff is friendly.
    • Everything the hotel was very friendly and the staff spoke English and the dinner and breakfast was fantastic

    Cons -

    • Their internet was hacked and as a result we received fraudulent emails asking for payment. Luckily we had the sense to call them and ask before making any online payment but because of this, we didn’t use the internet during our stay which was inconvenient. The lunch on our second day was not good at all even though it was the same menu as the evening before. The coffee machine in the breakfast room didn’t work either morning.
    • The furniture and decorations were not what I was expecting from a 4 star hotel. They looked a bit old and rustic. Difficult to park inside the hotel but there is space nearby
    • Breakfast ok

Nice staff, helpful, location good, free parking.

Room smelled of tobacco, residents smoked on their terraces, which came into our room, spa not open on a Sunday, bar has no staff for long periods.

It was great time staying at this hotel. I’d highly recommend it. Everything very well organized, welcoming staff, amazing breakfast, and the hotel itself is beautiful ( with an excellent garden and Spa )

    No fridge in the room.

The location was in between Toledo and Madrid allowing easy access to both cities. The compound was good for parking with a secure gate. The staff was helpful in answering questions and helping in general.

The facility was not well maintained. We booked connecting rooms. When we arrived, the connecting room doors could not be openned. We were therefore separated from our kids for the night or I have to go out to open their room door. The following day, the maintenance people came to repair the door. The room did not have a mini bar and in the last day we found a milipide in our bathroom. In addition, the breakfast was repetitive. Same every day. The omlet was not well cooked and very watery. The baccon was too salty and sausages not tasting nice. The fruits were often too old. My daughter picked an orange only to nice that it was rotten.

Check-in at 4am was done with a smile and everything was explained very well.

Noise! It is impossible to rest. From the noisy bed to the noisy door banging and staff talking loudly at the door. The reception staff couldn’t care less when we complaint and totally dismissed our complain. Had stayed in this hotel before and service wad better. 1st floor rooms are less noisy but ground-floor ones are impossible if you have light sleep

    Friendly staff , free parking

The room is basic, no facilities for tea or coffee in the room (in contrast with the website info),Small simple shower. No refrigerator in the room. In my room was wifi very bad. Rooms are noisy, new arrivals in the middle of the night are clearly audible.Difference between cafetaria and restaurant is not very clear, you have to ask which is open. Restaurant just sufficient but not very good. Expensive breakfast. Four stars seems a little overdone.

Staff was great. Rooms are clean. Breakfast was good. Overall good value for money.

Rooms are rather small. If you are planning on a late check in, be aware there are very limited options for your dinner.

The location suited our needs. There was ample free parking. The room was clean tidy and comfortable. The staff were very polite, professional and friendly.

I can’t say there was anything I didn’t like about the property.

    8MontaPosted on: 6-3-2024

There was super nice personal, even those who doesn’t speak english, was nice and responsive. The breakfast was 10 out of 10.

There only some of the personal thalek english, it was a bit difficult to comunicate. There was spa with pool, but saldy for us, it closed early. In the room was smoke alarm and the red light of it a bit disturbed our sleep. Also we could hear the room next to us and when other guests exit their room and close apartments door.

Some of the staff are helpful. As we arrived early, she allowed us to check in earlier. However when we were back to the hotel at night, we found that some cars took 2 parking space, we asked the staff to liaise with those drivers. She just said that she was unable to do so and asked us to park outside the hotel.

    The garden is beautiful

The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. The car park was secure and the hotel was located within 12 minutes walking distance into Carranque.

It’s just a bit too far out of Madrid and there aren’t enough restaurants nearby. The breakfast was very average and served in a room that wasn’t that nice.

only the circuit of spa,but if they give towels and capote bath will be great

restaurant never to try, don't have any Michelin star, very bad food.only the croquettes de ham on could be eaten. staff is uneducated and talk with you very unpolite.especially at the breakfast one lady was very rude with my mother saying ...stay there ...like it was talking with a pet...very uneducated. for the spa they ask me to bring the towels from the room...evan in the room there were only 2 towels...very bad cleaning, room smells. for the money they ask and suppose to offer is one of my bad experiences

    8GabrielaPosted on: 3-28-2024

The staff was friendly and checking in was super easy. Free parking available on site. The showers are amazing.

The beds were comfortable, however they stood on wheels and that was a bit tricky. They would move around whenever you sat down. The pillows were not great. I ordered some toast from the bar, and it wasn't very good.

Amazing Spa experience, some of the comments said the room was a bit dated but we found it extremely cozy and very homey. The food was good and right next to the bus stop from Madrid. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, I definitely would recommend it! We felt so comfortable in the room & common areas & the surrounding courtyards were beautiful. Just a recommendation for the spa: remember to bring a swimsuit, cap, and "swim socks", but if you forget them they can all be purchased on-site for a good price and they are good quality memorabilia! :)

There was not much mixture in the menu selection between the two days we were there; though a whole bottle of wine was included and it was filling. Additionally, while the spa had a great variety, we wish that there was a bath that was actually hot rather than just cold & lukewarm/warm bath options. But still so worth it!

Quiet, relaxing and interesting environment during our stay. Very good breakfeast.
