Nice country side hotel for a stop-over for those families travelling throughout Italy. Restaurants in region, spacious parking, comfortable room, pet friendly. All fine.

The host sent us instructions via text message on how to access the room. There was no one on the property. She communicated exclusively in Italian, which is understandable since it is the language of the country, but as a tourist destination, she could have had instructions in English prepared. There was a minibar in the room, but the drinks themselves could not be opened, as the opener was not provided. I wrote a message to the host (in Italian) asking if there was a bottle opener anywhere in the room or where I could get one. The answer came 4 hours later, at midnight, which was of course long too late.The description said that toiletries were provided, but in the bathroom there were only two shower caps and three small bottles of shampoo. Definitely not enough for 4 guests.The beds were lumpy and really soft. Not our cup of tea

Very charming property in the countryside. Rooms were small but comfy and I slept very well. I arrived late and the key was left for me outside to enter. Breakfast was nice with many options. Car parking outside with overflow.

Was a bit of a challenge to move around with an open suitcase but for one person was manageable. Bed was positioned with head by the door so could hear everyone going down for breakfast with suitcases etc.

The location looks like a small palace, it is very beautiful. I had a big and clean room. It is very quiet there. The staff is friendly and the breakfast was good.

No A/C in room

The so called good big breakfast was little more than you would expect at a Holiday Inn Express. If you want an extra cup of cappuccino be prepared to pay an extra 5 euros

Kept awake by a dog barking constantly from nearby property and amorous frogs

Extremely pleasant, very cozy, very homey, very nice and inviting looking entrance hall, very nice front yard, very relaxing back garden. Our hotel room was very pleasant to be in. There is an illusion as if you were visiting your friends or relatives living in their own house in the countryside. I cannot help but mention Roxana, a very enthusiastic, jovial and helpful receptionist!

Charming setting and facility. Incredibly helpful and welcoming staff. Comfortable room and great and extensive breakfast. Although they are a little out of town, they easily arranged food to be ordered and delivered.

Very comfortable and quiet hotel - traditional but clean and tidy. I know the area well and location was excellent for our needs. Very good breakfast. very friendly staff and made to feel welcome. Would certainly stay again

Safe in the room was missing and not replaced

Wonderful quiet place and friendly motorcycle friendly staff. They made a table reservation for us nearby in a very interesting restaurant using only regional products with everything hand made.

sound isolation between rooms was not very good

It's a calm and friendly place with a magic green environment. Dogs are very welcome as well and it's great going for a walk in the morning through the forest, seeing rabbits running around and feeling like in a jungle.

No negative points, just a missing bonus. It would be amazing to have a pool in the garden for cooling down.

absolutely adorable! the owner was SO NICE. we used it as a stopping point on our way home from France, but definitely wish we had booked multiple nights. the breakfast was wonderful, great selection. She made great cappuccini for us, and even turn some cartoons on the tv for my angsty three year old. we will definitely find a reason to return!
