- The wing our rooms were located had obvious water damage and mold and water mitigation/reclamation was underway. Smelled musty and damp and staff had numerous fans and dehumidifiers daisychained down the hallway, right outside our doors. Not a pleasant situation to for water damage machinery be your wake up call. Found bugs and cobwebs in rooms.
- Bed is too soft. Shower water pressure not strong. No electric vehicle charging facility. Weird hotel rule of no entry from 3am to 7am.
- No fridge or tea and coffee making facilities, and the restaurant was closed.

Disappointed that the restaurant was closed on a Tuesday, as it states they had a restaurant. However the nice man on reception directed us to a lovely bar down the road called La Siesta which did a great thin crust pizza. The room was spacious and clean. I wish we had more time to sit out on the patio but we had to leave. Parking was great, it actually was on site, thank you.

The staff are excellent, the pool perfect. Rooms are good with excellent sound insulation. Hotel restaurant serves excellent food and great value.
Main criticism is that there is no air-con in rooms so couldn't get them cool and sleep was not great during the heatwave. Breakfast a little limited.and no variation.

there could have been more wardrobes, the shower is huge but the water flux is very weak,would be great if all the lighting in the room was connected to the power - all night stands were disconnected in the room for some reason, I am not sure if there is an ought power outlets in the room.
The staff is awful. There were lots of restrictions in hotel regarding COVID but without any reason
