- a chaarming hilltown that i didn't realize is listed as one of France's beaux villages which is small enough for a stroll and has a very old small romanesque church as well as a stairway down to a historic fountain. The restaurant serves exceptional quality dinner with local ingredients. i would list this place as one of the "do not miss" experiences of a trip to the Lot River area.
- Friendly staff, clean, bright and spacious rooms. Nice breakfast.

- Everything was greatWe stayed for 2 nights
- A lift would be handy although a member of staff kindly helped us with our bags to the top floor.
- The Wifi needs to be made a bit stronger, it kept dropping out.

Lovely position nice and quiet great value for money friendly helpful staff
Liked the decor and feeling of graciousness with the sweeping staircase, liked the location, the terrace and indoor seating areas. The staff were helpful and pleasant . We enjoyed our evening meal and breakfast. Capdenac is an Interesting village to walk around being on a fortified hilltop. Easy drive into Figeac which is a great town to visit especially the museum of writing.

Great location, great staff and fab food.
The Wifi needs to be made a bit stronger, it kept dropping out.
Delightful hotel in a quintessential rural French hamlet.Comfortable bed & clean & tidy bedroom & bathroom.
Unfortunately I failed to appreciate that the restaurant ( which had very good reviews ) was closed- on a Friday evening ! The alternative dining option was a drive in to Figeac which, after a long day of driving wasn't ideal. Dining in town wasn't difficult but it would have been so much nicer to just hunker down in the hotel and not have to search out an alternative restaurant
Staff and food were excellent I’m a celiac and they catered for me they cooked everything gluten free would recommend
The location of this property is stunning. Almost a picture book village set on a hill top.
The room was 'snug'. The bed had a plastic sheet or mattress cover which made for a sweaty night!
A lovely hotel in a quiet location, apart from the bells at the nearby church chiming every half hour (quiet after 22.00). It actually added character to the lovely surroundings of ancient buildings. Parking just across a quiet road. We had a lovely room with a balcony where we enjoyed a glass of wine before dinner. The proprieters were friendly and very helpful. The Hotel restaurant food was fabulous and we ate outside.
Lack of Tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Failed to achieve internet connection.
This hotel is exceptional. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful. Great restaurant and wonderful breakfast.
Lovely village square outside the room window and luckily was market evening.
Lovely setting, very welcoming owner and staff. Beautiful facilities.

The staff was very friendly. The location is great. Great comfort.
We met up with friends and had a most enjoyable stay at this comfortable, clean and friendly hotel.
Absolutely fantastic stay in this beautiful hotel restaurant in this magical mediaeval village. It was like a fairytale. Super friendly staff and dining outside was amazing.
Fabulous location in the main square of a small medieval citadel. The large balcony overlooking the square. Very obliging host, great breakfast, very quiet.
a lift would have been useful
A beautiful location. An excellent dinner and breakfast. Plenty of parking out the front. The church bells stop between 10pm and 7am so it's not a problem.
Was exactly as presented, in the town square of Capdenac, a small, picturesque hill town near Figeac. Good, fresh continental breakfast. Small, family-run hotel with a good restaurant with terrace. Helpful, friendly staff. Our room had a balcony over the square.
If you're looking for a wide range of services in the town, you might look for a larger center. There was one other restaurant/bar in the town that doubled as a bakery, etc. Very quiet as no church bells from 10pm - 7am.
The location and the ambience of the accommodation. The quiet hilltop location is perfect. Parking is free and always available.
