Nice location, very good facilities and easy parking. Decent breakfast.

It was clean and the bed was comfortable

Old bathroom with a small shower and actual bath room was small. Not in a great location.

it was not busy , had car park

the rooms were very small the toilet and shower were small too.

We had adjoining rooms which was perfect for us as a family

They had a booking of 40 people at the same time, so when we came down for breakfast there was not a lot left, compared to our earlier stay (1 week earlier) it was disappointing I must say, there were no pancakes, no milk, eggs took an average, little cheese, and so on , and this time I paid more for breakfast than last time, so that was really disappointing

The room was very comfy. Carpet was a treat, especially for the dog but a bit stained in places.

Kids enjoyed the breakfast, the croissants were really nice, really nice staff

Rooms a bit small for the beds or beds are a bit large for the rooms

It was cold. Not near any restaurant and restaurant closed so unable to get anything to eat.

The staff wher all veryyoung and obviously I experienced but they did try very hard, there should have been an experienced manager on duty to guide them.

Sadly the hotel is very dated and room was small. The food in the restaurant was not good.

Breakfast was good had a good selection

Room wasn’t prepared when we arrived, bed unmade and bin not emptied. Staff were very apologetic and was offered a different room which was ok but sink was blocked and smelt.

Cleanliness, very good location, next to the highway. Friendly and helpful staff. Safe parking. Great breakfast.

Lack of close by restaurants.

Excellent location, great facilities, very quiet and the staff were very friendly and helpful. If you need a good night's rest this is the place, good control of heating/cooling and blackout blinds ensure you sleep well. Excellent free parking on site and even some outside space where you could enjoy a drink on a warm evening. This is our 3rd stay and I would highly recommend this to friends and family.

The room hadn't been serviced properly but on contacting the front desk they made the items available, so this is but a minor issue and can happen even in the most expensive hotels.Shame the restaurant wasn't open on the evening we stayed but we knew beforehand that would be the case and there is a supermarket about 300meters away, so no problem.

Like last time the location is awesome, the hotel is cozy and the rooms are big enough and comfortable. It is good for the price, especially when traveling and needing a place for the night. If you are lucky like our first stay, the staff will be very very nice.

This was the second time we were at this hotel, the first time everything was awesome. But this time, the person at the front desk didn't speak English, and she looked like she was forced to be there. Nice nice at all. Anyway, we went to the room, it was filthy and full of dust. It has not been clean for a long time. We asked for another room, it was a bit better but still not clean and with dust.

Ideal for one night stopover. Private parking. On site restaurant and bar (but not available certain days). Quiet, so get good night’s sleep. Dog friendly.

The hotel staff is amazing. We had a super late check-in and were so welcomed by the staff. The room is small but clean and the beds are comfortable.

Good location and dog friendly. Secure parking. Adequate breakfast. Quiet location and easy access from Rocade around Bordeaux. Check-in receptionist was excellent, spoke perfect English and very helpful.

Hotel is typical pre-fabricated units and the rooms are VERY SMALL, not even enough space to lay out a suitcase.

Comfortable beds, helpful staff, good value for money.

Bathroom very small

Staff in the reception was really nice and helpful.Good parking, intermarche and Action nearby. Close to the airport. Problem free staying with our dog. Small table for kids to play, draw, some books etc kept our toddler busy.

The rooms are very small so it's kind of hard to move around.

Comfy bed with black out blinds. Pet friendly.

Air conditioning could be more effective

We always enjoy staying here. The staff are always pleasant, the restaurant always serves good food and the location is handy for the motorway. The rooms are just about ok in size but the beds are really comfortable. It’s dog friendly too.

Nothing in particular. But you need to be aware this is very much a business hotel so the restaurant is closed Fri, Sat & Sun and French national holidays.
