Clean and big room, comfortable beds, perfect restaurant, good breakfast

AC &Heating was not functioning in my roomThere is no shampoo or shower jel in room

Very nice hotel, very clean, big room with fridge and cold water! Airco, not too busy place, Location perfect for me as I needed to in that area.

Nothing Just bed on the harder side.

Very friendly staff and the place was clean but needs some upgrading.

AC and safety deposit box not working. An extra pillow would have been appreciated.

Bedroom at the front was noisy with the sound of a pump or something industrial all night.

Very average. Quality of food available medium, at a very high price for Italian standards. 15€ is definitely too much in my opinion.

The bed was absolutely uncomfortable.It had two single beds under the sheets; sheets that hadn't seen a softener in ages. There were no amenities in the room.

A bit surprised this is a 5* hotel. Room didn't meet those expectations.Some remodeling would be needed, no coffee/tea facilities,...The room we got for the charged amount was OK, but this was supposedly a free upgrade. If charged more, value for money would've been off-balance.Bed, especially pillows, not very comfortable.

Very spacious suit with a mezzanine sleeping area and lounge area. Loved the jacuzzi .

For a 5 stars hotel few extra touches expected. Only one pillow per person which was very thin, no coffee/cattle in the bedroom, no minibar (onlywater) and no shower facility though two bathrooms.

Elegant, spacious rooms, superb bathrooms, comfortable beds with quality linens, superb breakfast, helpful staff, superb in site restaurant, 5 minutes to train by foot. Minutes train to Padova.

Great hotel with very friendly staff. It poses a very convenient, quiet accommodation for visiting Venice and Padua by train (the train station is a 5 min walk). The attached restaurant is great and the property stems from the 17th century - so even the building is great.

Staff very friendly , helpful and polite . Outstanding restaurant next door with excellent food and a beautiful setting . Highly recommended for lunch or dinner.

Pillows could definitely be better and the water temperature in the shower seemed a bit variable but otherwise fine.

The rooms are excellent and immaculate and the bathroom was as big as some rooms I have stayed in but the restaurant was EPIC. Beautiful setting and the food was excellent. Thoroughly recommend the steak and the sea bass.

There was not a bar as such so we had to order drinks from the reception which took its time especially when they are dealing with other guests checking in. Breakfast was ok, but finding the Milk for my coffee was a little annoying. It was on the breakfast cereal table and not next to the coffee.

The room are spacious, clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly and helpful, parking is available

the property can be qualified as a good 4 stars hotel but not as a 5 stars; despite the heating system was on all the time, I was feeling a bit cold in the night; I would have appreciated a kettle in the room for tea, but it was possible to ask hot water at the reception
