Hôtel les Deux Cols

Good location for our cycle trip.

The evening meal was not very good, the hotel in general (including the rooms) is quite old and needs a bit of refurbishment.

This was perfect for a night on our cycling trip.The staff were very welcoming, helping bring our cycling kit to our room & had secure storage for our bikes.The food was plentiful and delicious, and overall we would recommend it.

The room was a non-smoking, but the stale smell of smoke was quite strong.

Staff members were really nice, good location for our needs, good for one night stop over. Nice views.We didn't eat at the restaurant, but food smelt delicious, and there was no cooking smell in the room.

The shower didn't have a knob, so we couldn't use it. However, I'm sure had we asked, it would have been fixed. The rooms are really not soundproof, so we heard people's conversations from neighbouring rooms.Overall, it was ok.

It is a friendly, clean, typical small town French hotel - with a good restaurant, including an above average breakfast What's not to like......

It isn't 'The Ritz' - We didn't want it to be!!

The venue was stunning, and the staff very accommodating. I arrived early and was given access to the room staight away. Also had secure parking for my motorcycle.

Nothing really the plce was as expected or better.

Decor a little tired

This a friendly place with a wonderful proprietor who was very helpful and funny. He spoke English and Spanish as well as French of course which was very convenient. The town is nice, the location is excellent for access to the cols and wonderful hiking. The internet is excellent and everything works well.

The rooms are a bit frayed, and the walls are thin, so you hear a lot of the noise in the building. The food was mixed, my son enjoyed his steak, unfortunately, I did not enjoy my lamb (it was very undercooked and chewy). The breakfast was a little bland and basic and too expensive for the quality of food offered. I had made the mistake of assuming that breakfast was included in the price of the room. Overall, I think the place is fine, but a bit overpriced for what you get.

Really friendly family running the hotel. A warm welcome and excellent dinner and breakfast at the end of a hard day's cycling.

The toilet and bathroom were clean, bed was on the cheaper side but thats what you pay for. We still slept fine. Both dinner and breakfast were great! Especially the fruitcake as dessert. We didn't reserve for either of the meals but that wasn't an issue. We also had an amazing view. It is a great stayover for visiting pic du midi and tourmalet.

Not bad, but be aware the entry door to the restaurant has quite the drop. I didnt break my ankle but it was close.

The hotel was a perfect location in Sainte-Marie-de-Campan. The room was very comfortable but didn’t seem that clean. We had dinner at the restaurant which was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. There was safe space to store our bicycles overnight. Would definitely recommend for cyclists and travelers passing through

Location was excellent for our needs. Breakfast was lovely, and the staff were delightful - so accommodating. Our evening meal was very generous.

Sad to say, but the bathroom cleaning was not good. More attention to detail would have raised the rating.

A convenient place to stop between the Col d'Aspin and the Tourmalet. Good breakfast.
