Comfortable beds and good room size for 3 of us. We had great nights sleep, room was spotlessly clean, good selection at breakfast, lovely staff, easy parking. All as promised. Highly recommend!

Modern clean hotel close to the motorway for convenience. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was very decent.

Had to drive out to find a restaurant, although a small cafe bar next door will meet some peoples needs for snacks etc.

The room didn’t smell good so are the towels & the floor was sticky. Being in a 4 star hotel we’re expecting more toiletries too. The receptionists were not that welcoming but the ones in the breakfast area were nice

A very nice hotel near Ancona, beautiful lobby, friendly staff and a comfortable room with a nice bathroom. Oh and probably the best breakfast we’ve ever had in Italy, a wide selection of good food. And great service - you tell the barista which coffee you prefer and they bring it to your table. Just wow. :) We spent 2 nights there to visit Conero beaches. Highly recommend driving to a nearby lovely village Sirona, leaving your car there and walking to Sassi Neri beach. After a lovely day of swimming and relaxing you can walk around Sirona (there’s only one main street with lots of cafes/restaurants/gelaterias) and enjoy a cold drink with a panoramic view.

If there is a thing, it can only be the location. However, we were on the way to the south and wanted a hotel just to sleep over, weren´t interested in any sightseeing. From our perspective, the location was irrelevant.

As we were transiting, the location of the hotel was convinient for us. It was clean and equiped with comfortable beds. Good breakfast.

We had a lovely time. The location was optimal as it is close to the main street to get to the beach. There is 24h check-in service, and the staff were super friendly. The room itself was very good, nothing to complain about. One of the comfiest beds I have personally ever experienced in a hotel, functioning hair dryer included, and the AC worked flawlessly. Working Smart TV and Wi-Fi included in the room as well. The breakfast (which was included in our booking) had good variety and was extremely tasty. In addition, a Late check-out is included (12.00 at the time of out booking), giving time to properly sort luggages while not feeling in a rush to leave. Overall, I would recommend it !!

Don't really have any negative aspects to share. If I were splitting hairs however, the shower enclosure was leaking slightly during usage. However, it is a common "problem" in hotel rooms with glass shower enclosures. Minor nitpick, would still recommend.

No food provision for the evenings - had to walk up the side of a main road with no pavement to get to the nearest restaurant

Smart, modern but ultimately soulless business hotel chosen as the only one in the area with an elevator. Situated in a retail/industrial park it was nice surprise to find our 4th floor room had a pleasant view of an adjacent farmhouse and vineyard.

Total lack of in-room information about the hotel facilities (eg gym etc), local sights of interest, places to eat. The in-house phone had no directory so not possible to ring reception.

All was good, had fast check in with very nice Front desk team. Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast is great and vith great variety of options. Restaurant staff was very nice and helpful.

Nice modern hotel. We have used it several times when travelling to Greece via Ancona.

For a big hotel it’s just a pity that it does not open the restaurant area in the evening.

The room was very spacious, well equipped, premium quality, and had a large window with a good view. Breakfast was exceptional! There was a variety of options available and everything was delicious. The staff was available and helpful at all moments, providing valuable information on touristic attractions and required COVID-related reservation processes.

The price was too high, despite the good service offered. The room was spacious and of premium quality, however, the bathroom's door couldn't close completely.
