- Beautiful location! So peaceful! Only stayed one night would have loved to stay more! Staff was super helpful with arranging outside activities. Breakfast was indescribable!! Soooo good! highly recommended!
- The grounds were beautiful.
- Great staff. Very accommodating. Special thanks to Leonard.
Cons -
- The room was small and mediocre for the price. The bistro was fair with the complimentary breakfast the best meal.
- A pity the restaurant was closed but the bistro was great.
- The location is quite far from Barolo area ( around 40 min in car), the hotel is closer to Asti. It was very warm in the rooms which is good, but sometimes it got too much warm. There is no elevator at least in some area - which was not really an issue as it was one- two floors by foot. Some rooms have very tight stairs and two levels, which is not really convenient.

A pity the restaurant was closed but the bistro was great.
The location was beautiful, even though our room was a bit smaller than expected.Breakfast was rich and the staff was nice and polite!
Overall, the hotel is very beautiful, giving the traditional Italian cozy vibes. The garden is very nice as well. The breakfast was outstanding with a lot of selection of savory options like cheese, salmon, eggs and others, with fresh juices and sparkling wine included. The staff was overall friendly and helpful. The suite room was very nice. The hotel gives an impression of rather 4+ or even 5 star property with a good value for money given the high season in Piemonte. There is also a big parking just in front of the property.

Exceptionally friendly staff. We had a reservation at the Locanda restaurant and somehow our names got missing on the list. However they were quick to accommodate and set up a table for us. The SPA area is very nice and has 3 different saunas (mediterranean, turkish and finnish).
Charming, clean, exclusive
A Little cold temperature
Beautiful surroundings, great food, tranquill, great spa
The range of food offered by the pool was minimal, as was the service. We went for 2 days, Sunday until Tuesday and there was only one restaurant open which was always full in the evening.
Spa, staff and location
Everything was great. Breakfast was great service very attentive. Bar staff exceeded expectations.
AllOk
The hotel has grown in recent years to include a leisure suite and spa . Ample shaded car parking . Excellent chef / staff.
Hotel situated in amongst vineyards / farming community so mosquitoes are a problem . Hotel without passenger lift ( probably because it is historic building . ) they used to have fizz and canopies pre dinner for residents but has been dropped

Beautiful location with welcoming friendly staff. Gorgeous garden with pool one could sit around although not open yet as not in season. The staff gave us an excellent recommendation for a restaurant nearby - really delicious.
We were put in annexe which was a concrete series of rooms - one could everyone and everything so didn't get much sleep! There was piped music coming from the restaurant which was disturbing for guests. The restaurant was so expensive we decided to eat elsewhere. The free use of spa pool was disappointing as the pool is small and only has water features so no swimming. The sauna was full so unable to use.
The surroundings and rhe respectful way of maintaining the historic building and Italian garden is outstanding and derserve our respect. Also the fast charger for our electric car is a joy. The free (non alcoholic) minibar is another sign of the hospitality. Altogether our stay has been fantastic.
The breakfast was rich and fresh. However with rather standard assortment. We would encourage to present more local produces apart from the confiture and cheeses. Just a detail for further improvement of something that already is good.
The bistro was excellent. The service was superb. The entire spa was superb with the latest equipment.Breakfast was excellent as well.

The area is beautiful, the SPA is wonderful, very nice landscape.
The basic room was too basic, not very convenient. The bathroom was nice but with no space to leave items, only shower from the top with no flexible shower option.
Very nice location!nice and clean spa!!
Rooms to small and stuff could be more friendly...
Beautiful estate, amazing breakfast. Dinner at the bistro was super nice but a little pricy.
Very clean and staff are so helpful. They even packed breakfast for us when we checked out early at 4 am. The bistro food is amazing.
