Hotel Larverde

The staff was excellent, friendly, helpful. The breakfast was very good. Parking was perfect.

Annabelle and Rose were both very friendly, professional, and helpful when we checked in and throughout our stay. The property is nice and clean and the room was very comfortable. We stayed with dogs and appreciated the large terrace for us all to relax on. The hotel is just a few minutes away from a market, many restaurants, and pedestrian areas around the river. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again fantastic value!

Not really anything we didn't like.

Staff was lively and helpful

Rooms are very small but clean

Welcoming, privately owned, homely, neat, comfortable, friendly, very clean, cosy lounge/bar with pool table, games table and comfortable seating. Bright and tidy breakfast room with a good breakfast choice. Private garage for convenient parking. In town within walking distance to all amenities. Lovely outdoor pool area. As with a majority of hotels in town, the views are not great, but the ambiance of Hotel Larverde more than makes up for that.

The front desk staff member was lovely, very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and the included breakfast was very nice.

Great Little Hotel. Clean and Comfortable Rooms., Excellent Staff, Good Breakfast. Super Bar/ Lounge with Pool Table and very large TV ! Plenty of On-site Parking. Short stroll to Centre of Serta.

All Good.

Very nice small hotel great breakfast and excellent value. Secure parking too. Great restaurant round the corner.

Good location, great breakfast, comfortable room with a balcony

Shame about the view over the building yard and flying ants covering the pool but would still recommend

Nice staff. Location was also good.

Very thin walls between rooms which provide no sound isolation from neighbour rooms.

Very clean inside and the breakfast was really excellent, such a great spread of quality foods. Staff very helpful and pleasant.

More power outlets in the rooms are badly needed.

The staff and the cleaness

No lift to the 1st floor

Lovely hotel clean and modern. Very nice staff and great breakfast

What a lovely little hotel. Room was spotless and great size, comfortable bed, nice balcony, great air con and decent TV channels. Friendly staff, good selection for breakfast!

Clean, good location, nice pool, good parking quiet and the air con was great.

We liked everything about this hotel. Lovely room with balcony, nice beds, clean throughout the building. Pool, safe parking for motorbikes, good breakfast, excellent staff. Thoroughly recommended.

No lock on the bathroom door, minor to the point of being petty.

Patrícia was very welcoming, kind and helpful on our arrival, all other staff were great too. Bed was comfortable, room was clean and tidy, and a good size.Great selection of food at breakfast. If we come back to Sertã, we would say here again.

I found the staff and the hotel amazing. Also had very safe parking for my motorcycle which was very important. Regards from Richard from Wales in the UK
