Beautiful grounds in a nice location, surrounded by fields. The building is beautiful, the room was clean and comfortable.
Our room's shower needs a new showerhead.
The staff was great. They helped us ordering food at dinner and were always very attentive. Once, they even rush to the city for milk and diapers for my little girl. I would certainly be staying here whenever I come to Pinerolo. The view to the garden was marvelous.

cold atmosphere and room. no CLEAN blanket in the room.almost no english at the reception. during my one night stay only 3 rooms were full. rest of the hotel and restaurant was empty. at night, there was no one to speak in english in the hotel.

Hotel was in the middle of nowhere, in between the fields, very beautiful and well maintained. The entrance to the hotel gave an impression of getting into a château. The private garden has its charm. Usually the place is for private events like wedding, it was huge, calm and relaxing.
