- We arrived 30 minutes late to the check in window and were met by a very passive aggressive lady who scolded and blamed us for having to leave her children home alone. We didn't read the fine print and missed that it's critical that one has to check in before 9pm otherwise you literally get met by hostility instead of hospitality. In all my decades of traveling I've never gotten such horrendous treatment by hotel staff. I strongly recommend this establishment to invest in some lockboxes or similar so that the handover of the keys can happen contactlessly.

Great place to stay! Great room with a fantastic breakfast. Staff was friendly and did their best to communicate in English. The location was good for my purposes, but might be a little more complicated to get to without a car.
Nothing I didn’t like about this place at all. Some might not like that they don’t have A/C, but with the windows open it was comfortable to sleep in June.

It was not easy to find someone to let me in. There is no lift, but a staff member helped with the luggage.
This was just what we wanted. Two comfy twin beds, nice kitchen and peaceful sleep. Excellent for our needs when travelling from south to Berlin.
