Perfect clean rooms, easy communication with extremely kind stuff, very good breakfast, excellent restaurant. Good place for short stay. Very tasty draft beer. :-)

The people were extremely friendly, understanding and forthcoming. It’s rare to meet such welcoming and heartfelt people. The service was great, the food delicious, the room very clean and the bed for once was super comfortable!

Comfortable, simple accommodation in the area with a warm, friendly, helpful owner. The breakfast was good and the service was excellent. The owner suggested some nice walks for me to do in nearby Roggenburg. The restaurant looked very popular. Overall, I felt there was a personal touch when I was in the restaurant or asked for help. The owner went out of the way to make sure I was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Room were clean, very spartanic.

Would be nice if there was some extra furniture, pictures to give one a 'home' feel. The bed was very bad, the cheapest available. Perhaps for the 78 Euro you dont get any better.

The owners are very friendly and helpful. We had problems with a broken motorcycle for one of our party and their advice was invaluable and we returned for an extra night, because of the inability to travel onward. The rooms are sizeable and comfortable, the food is good and plentiful and the price is very reasonable. We have stayed here several times over the years; returning again and again is the best recommendation.

Garage parking was available. The staff were excellent. Breakfast was very good. Restaurant was good choice explained by staff in English. Safe parking in garage for Motorcycles and also cars. Although large car park.

Location near busy junction. Although no problem from noise while in room.

The shower and the soft bed. Finally a soft fluffy bed! And boy…. That shower had a powerful jet. Loved it.

There was a party in the restaurant that is across the building. A lot of noise and having food was somewhat difficult.

We were late because of a lot of traffic jam, so we called in front. He suggested us to call half an our in front of arrival so he would make us some “Pommes mit Schnitsel”. Even though the kitchen was already closed. And it was our daughters birthday, they made effort to make some nice breakfast surprise!! Really appreciated! Next time we will surely stay here again!

The beds were a little bit hard and they did not have a “mini bar/refrigerator”. Not for the drinks but we wanted to cool the food that we had with us for during the travel.
