Both staff members didn't speak a word of English At our arrival which made our check-in difficultThe main issue was the price to pay to have A dog stay with us, we had to pay 15€ for the stay ( which is ok ) but there was an additional 40 € apparently for cleaning. I find this too expensive especially that it was not mentioned on booking.com.

Heating with wood, no ventilation on the upper floor - the smell of exhaust fumes outside.The willingness of the staff is sometimes good and sometimes terrible. Most of them do not know English, including the hotel management.Zero equipment for skiers (more like a tourist hotel) - they don't have a drying room or a ski storage room.

We stayed 3 days and 2 nights on half board basis in the hotel. Good breakfast with many choices, dinner is good, perhaps more improvement in some dishes. SPA is included in the price. The hotel has its own parking lot. Staff is gentile. Wifi works well.
