    Pros +

    • clean and comfortable, helpful and cheerful staff, easy to get to and just off the motorway, good restaurant, I stay once or twice a month when travelling for work
    • The hotel was clean, the staff very friendly, but it was more od a motel than a hotel.
    • Close to the main highway and free on-site parking

    Cons -

    • The room very small, with the real double bed much smaller than what shows in the picture. Also the breakfast quite basic, with some packaged cheese, yogurt, croissants, orange juice and coffee brought to the table.Really expensive for what it offers.
    • No soap in the bathroom.
    • The bed linens are dirty with strands of hair which I suppose from the previous costumers. The setting of the heating system is too cold.

Very pleasantly surprised with this motorway hotel, the room was fantastic and it was very well decked out and lovely and clean. Great value for money and a good location too. The restaurant next door was fantastic too.

Quiet neighborhood and close to grocery store.

The supermarket near hotel is convenient.

The rooms are moldy and the service is not good at all. The initial room we were given was quite moldy (not even only the bathroom but also the room itself). When we mentioned the situation to the owners, they said “it is not possible, it is never the case with any of the rooms”. Yet, you can see it in the photos, two small demonstrations of many. We wanted our room to be changed and the first response was that “there was no available rooms” which was a lie because later on we were transferred to the next door. Unfortunately, the mold problem was still there, though it was not as much as the first one. The smell of mold gives you headaches within an hour and the only thing we could do was to sleep with a slightly opened window. There is no kettle, coffee maker, shampoo or body wash, only the hand soap (luckily). The baby cot had absolutely no sheet/pillow/blanket and I was glad I brought one from home.If you were to visit Strasbourg, I would highly recommend booking somewhere else. This place needs LOTS of renovations and the owners need to start giving better service.PS: The Italian restaurant next to the hotel was not open during opening hours which might be something to keep in mind.

I wish I could give more stars. I stayed a night due to a problem with my van during an international moving (UK to Italy). I was lost, unable to communicate and seek for help. The concierges (Massì and another gentleman that unfortunately I didn’t ask the name) were kind enough to search for a garage (the weekend before Christmas), translate for me, explain the situation, book the appointment and give me the address to reach the garage the very next day.THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND and without hesitation. I cannot explain how grateful I am to them. The staying was also excellent, the parking secured (I had all my belongings in that van) and the breakfast was absolutely amazing (excellent coffee, fresh products, REAL fruit juice and excellent bread and croissants. Everything was excellent. I will return to visit the city and will stay here again!!

It's exactly in the pictures, no surprises. We appreciated the cleanliness and homey feel of the place. The front desk worker were extremely helpful and patient — we came in a bit early and tried to check in, though they wouldn't let us because it's 15h00...fair enough...however they actually waited till 12 midnight for us to be back! (because we went in the city to Strasbourg and came back). Great parking lot. Friendly faces. If you're looking for fancy luxury then look elsewhere. If you want a good, clean, safe place to rest while you tour the area, then absolutely go for it. Btw the front desk recommended we park at the P+R Rotonde in Strasbourg — best advice ever. You take your car there, park it the whole day for 4.2 euros and with that ticket you can also travel with the tram. Overall I recommend!

Nothing in particular, just a little kettle would've been nice.

Very convenient location when traveling by car. Close to Strassburg with all kinds of amenities such as a grocery store, gas station, and bakery just across the street.

The room was very, very clean and comfy. Excellent location, close to the motorway and lovely local beach.

The air conditioning didn't work and with over 30 degrees it was impossible even to breath in the room.

The breakfast was super! We are glad we stayed here and the price was very good. The owners and hired personnel were also great.

For the price and staying in such a wonderful area this hotel worked out very well for us! Because I speak French, I got to know the owner/manager quite well. There is nothing I didn’t like about staying here. If I get a chance to go to Strasbourg again, I will stay here again!

    Humbling.

Room was cold because the heating wass turned off. I arrived at midnight so there was plenty of time to turn the heat on. No soap and no shampoo in the bathroom. Electric plugs were not working next to the bed so there was no light on nightstand. Only usable electric wall plug was on the place without any furniture to place your phone on. Shower head was fixed to the wall with fixed angle of the water stream so to use it you have to do gymnastics and even then its really difficult to shower. No place to hang towels or place your own cosmetics. No Toilet paper holder.

We were greeted warmly and seated immediately despite our late arrival. We were looking for a place to stay overnight on our trip. We needed a hotel just to spend the night. The room is clean, beds and linens are new. Quiet location and very warm in the room. We didn't have time for breakfast because we overslept. But pleases with its availability and very affordable prices compared to all hotels in the area. I recommend.

    horrific.

absolutely horrific stay, do NOT stay here. it was vile and had heavy alcohol and drug consumption on site. There was a horrible smell throughout and it was incredibly noisy. The staff were wildly rude and charged me at the property despite having already paid through Booking via Klarna. this led to months of nightmare of Klarna bills trying to claim payment due to the fact the hotel made us pay on site - to the point that the debt collocation agency came to us - all because the hotel charged us when they shouldn’t have. They had awful customer service and would not help the situation, they are totally rude and clueless. I had been in contact with Booking and Klarna for months and no one would help the situation properly, just kept sending me in circles. I advise everyone to stay far away from this hotel. Horrific stay which led me to a stressful situation.
