    Pros +

    • The jacuzzi, swimming, wellness area, the view, variety of saunas
    • Everything about the hotel was excellent. Friendly and helpful staff, excellent choice of dishes at breakfast and dinner. Generous sized bedrooms.
    • location close to train station is ideal for short ski trip. Breakfast good but wouldnt do full board. Rooms and hotel clean and staff pleasant

    Cons -

    • A weird experience with a strange rude woman at the bar. I asked which soft drinks they had and she acted dismmissive by sighning and eye rolling just by this simple question. The second night I had an unpleasant experience, the same rude woman stated I should not be allowed to go in the restaurant and that I should "show some respect for the people", her reasoning was that I was wearing revealing clothes. I complained at the reception and they said it was not allowed to wear that these kind of clothes. A "sport hotel" which has a swimming pool and advertises the wellness areas and it is not allowed to wear summer clothes in the summer? and these dressing codes were not communicated beforehand, but after I paid for 2 nights. Not recommended, weird people with weird mentality and poor understanding of hospitality.
    • Rooms dated and bar area lacking atmosphere. There were quite a few large extended family groups so more suited to that .
    • Bathroom was small and the bed was very hard.

The stay was awesome. Food, sauna and room were top.

Great location, with the Ski bus right for the door and If there is enough snow you can take the Tanzer Abfart back which ends right in front of the hotel. Friendly welcome, great breakfast and diner. The room keycard is used for everything, also it's scanned every time for drinks. Ski locker room was new and spacious.

Bathroom was small and the bed was very hard.

Wonderful hotel with great views and facilities. SPA was excellent with 5 types of Sauna very clean , with no limited towels, different types of drinking water and sufficient big pool also and jakuzi.

The location is nice if you have a car, although there is a train station really close too. However we really liked the location, the hotel is big and the breakfast was amazing. I think I would stay here again.

The hotel is nice but could be a bit more modern. The furniture is really old.

wellness area with finish sauna with huge glass wall, icelake temperature pool and cozy relax area with fire place. Dinners with option: meat, fish, vegetarian and vegan and still lots of appetizers, deserts and ice cream to pick. superb ski depot. professional and nice staff everywhere.

Great food and staff. Location and parking

Room was dated and needed some renovation work done.

Our family suite was spacious and well maintained. The daily breakfast and pre-fix dinner options were an excellent value. The dinner options varied each night and were filling after a long day on the slopes.

The provided pillows were flat and offered no support for the neck. When requested, we were provided one additional small pillow per guest. Our room had very high ceilings and thus it didn't hold heat well. At breakfast and dinner buffets, warm items were not replenished. Make sure you arrive to meal service early to have full selection of offerings.

From A to Z and from left to right this is a fantastic hotel! It is perfectly clean and superbly organised.Breakfast, wif, spa and pool ,cleaness are spotless and its proximity to slopes with ski bus at the doorstep and possibility to ski down the Tanzer slope down to the 50m away from the door of ski room of the hotel.

nothing to complain except I could stay there only 3 nights.

The hotel was very clean throughout and the staff were very helpful.I especially liked the way the room keycard is scanned every time for drinks etc. so no unexpected bill at checkout. The spa area was great as was the ski locker room.Breakfast was superb, everything you would want with fresh omelette cooked to your taste.

I was told I couldnt order a drink from the bar because it was 10.05pm so I can only assume the bar closed at 10.00pm?It would have been nice if asked if I wanted another drink before they closed.

Breakfast was really good. Staff was fantastic and friendly. Spa was beautiful. You can't see it in the hotel description, but it is one of the better ones I have seen.

We have stayed in Brixen im Thale on a few occasions. We generally have a couple of days skiing and then attend the Kitzbuhel ski races. Theres not much life in Brixen so the hotel is all important. We picked a great one in this hotel. The spa and wellness facilities are amazing, probably the best we have experienced in Austrias ski resorts and we have been to a lot of hotels with wellness. The breakfast is good, not amazing, but ample. The evening meals were very good . Very clean across all areas, very well maintained. Reception staff were very attentive and helpful. We really enjoyed the hotel and would recommend it to anyone.

We had a room on the first floor above the bar and there was a lot of noise from guests in the bar especially on the night they had entertainment. Underground parking but it costs 7.00/per night. Parking shouldnt cost when you are staying at a hotel. Limited cooked breakfast as was the sweet selection with the evening meal. Our criticism is limited and they can easily be addressed but overall this a great hotel only with minor niggles.

This hotel has a lot of great facilities also on a rainy day during ski season. Staff are very friendly and efficient - great help from the very first minute.

Rooms facing the road are less quiet.
