Staff was very nice, welcoming and helpful. It was very clean and nice.

For me personally, the mattresses were too soft and not comfortable.The bathroom was tiny.

We expected a classic German old house, since we stayed also in the same area last year but in a different hotel. However, to our surprise the hotel was renovated with all modern facilities. The rooms, bathroom and toilets were exceptionally clean. The location was excellent! We rented two rooms, one of which has access to balcony with a view of the river which was breathtaking! We loved the arrangement for the breakfast, there were a lot of varieties. In addition to that the owners were really kind. Everyday after breakfast they offered us to take some fruits with us, since we were travelling with young children and they might get hungry on the way. They also recommended us places to visit, which were not very crowded yet the best places to go!Overall it is a very nice place to stay with family. Highly recommended.

Quiet, spotlessly clean, recently revamped and great value. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful, recommending a nearby restaurant, where we had a fabulous meal, again at great value.

Awful place who won’t refund me for not even staying at the place

Didn’t even stay on reception for my arrival which I documented to them would be an hour later than I was due to arrive because of a delay to my flight. Had to walk 2 and half hours to try and attempt to sleep in a train station then.

Very beautiful and well located hotel in the small and picturesque Briedel. The view from the room's terrace was simply magnificent! Just in front of the Moselle! Comfortable room and bathroom, very clean. Very good breakfast in the sunny terrace. Our host was very kind and helpful. We absolutely recommend it!

We booked our stay about an hour before arrival, yet we were welcomed, and a nice recently renovated room was ready. There was a good Internet, parking and very good breakfast on a sunny terrace with a panoramic view on the river.

I would welcome some vegetables for breakfast. It was not a problem for us, but there was no lift to the 2nd floor.
