Pool water was a bit cold.
I left my mobile battery in the room, but I had a call from staff and sent it for me.This is really good customer care service!
Wide room, clean.
TV without Italian channel
Room, breakfast,staff,cleanliness...nothing to complain about.
Location is not the best as it's in the middle of nowhere.
The room size, the pool, the restaurant and the breakfast.
Good breakfast.
On the day we arrived the restaurant was closed we where disappointed as we were not advised in advance.
The hotel is very well situated if you want to stop on the way to your further travels . Staff is extremely friendly and helpful and ready to answer any questions. Everybody speaks excellent English and breakfast was good. Easy parking.
There is actually nothing we did not like.
Very friendly staff. Very clean and spacious room. The comfort room is opposite the street and not noisy at all. The breakfast was fresh, with a good choice. Very close to the highway and convenient for traveling . The hotel offers a pool and sauna and plenty of free parking.
For my personal preference the matras was a bit too hard and the pillows too thin. An additional pillow would offer much more comfort. The pool area could use an upgrade but it was very clean. Note that the pool is in another building down the street (less than a minute walk)
Very helpful staff, useful facilities and good breakfast
Difficulty to increase temperature in the appartment
Nice room, bathroom and shower. Room size was good. Breakfirst was very good (due to covid, it was served at the table) friendly staff, no waiting at the reception for check in and out.
Maybe the TV good be a little bigger...but this is only a small remark :-)
Spacious and comfortable rooms. Nice indoor pool with jets. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location with scenic hikes right outside of the hotel. Great breakfast!
Friendly welcome, good explanation. Excellent service (breakfast was superb). Lots of (good) parking options. We were on our route towards Austria. (2 adults, 3m baby and small dog) and soent the night here, to split the journey in multiple legs.
Upon arrival, the temperature in the room was very warm in our opinion, opening up the window/door gradually made it more comfortable. And outside the temperature wasnt that warm yet.Perhaps in the future, the addition of an airco would make it a even better accommodation.
Easy access from the autobahn and good parking facilities. Well appointed location in the village. Good attention to detail regarding the COVID-19 regulations. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food and wine were very good.
Very clean and spacey, very good dinner too
