The rooms are spacious and clean. Beautiful panoramic view from our rooms. Dinner was excellent! Staff are very friendly.

The location is outstanding. Tucked away in the mountains next to the Ski Lift. Beautiful!The restaurant was amazing and the waiters were attentive. I suggest the pasta for dinner and enjoy a lovely breakfast buffet. 5 stars!!

The pillows were tiny-ish. We brought our own though.

Very nice hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. We arrived too late for the evening meal as we paid for that in our package, but we had already called and knew that we would get food after 8.30 pm, and was greeted with fresh pizza and a drink and a sweet. The beds were very comfortable, with stunning views from the balcony. We would have used the spa etc but we arrived too late and left to early. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of choice, would definitely stay here again.

For some reason we had no curtains.... Would have liked tea and coffee in the room.

Parking right in front, super friendly staff, our dog was allowed to stay and could also be brought to the restaurant. Great!

An excellent place for our purposes - an overnight stay on the way to Italy. Everything corresponded to the description, excellent communication, very good breakfast.

We would recommend only a replacement so as not to spoil an otherwise good impression.

Location was very good and also the breakfast. The balcony we had was very nice with a great view of the mountains. Ample parking space if you arrive by car.

The dinner menu could have been better perhaps

Excellent location for hiking and sightseeing. Great walking tracks and views. Large clean room and functional bathroom. Good views from balcony. Breakfast basic buffet with plenty of food, lots of room in dining area. Pizzeria only option to eat at night - fairly affordable and varied choices.

Beds very hard and uncomfortable. No kettle or fridge in room for even a cup of tea. Our booking got mixed up and the cleaning staff throught we were checking out. They repeatedly came into the room and then abruptly left before we could ask why they kept coming in, we went and asked them but because of the language barrier was difficult to understand, they got the manager who sorted it out. He wasn't overly friendly and we felt like we were an inconvenience despite having the correct booking.

Very nice hotel with excellent value for money. Our room was comfortable with a great view. Breakfast with plenty of prodicts to choose from all of very good quality. Highly recommended!

Rooms are not soundproof so we had terrible noise from nextdoor all night.

Well kept, lots of great touches, teasing lights, large room, great balcony. Tasty and varied breakfast.

Couldn't adjust the heat on the towel bar - kept bathroom door closed. No fridge.

If your room is on the road side of the hotel, you can't open the windows, because the kitchens air extractor is on that side below your room and also the smoking area.If you are unlucky enough to get a room above the kitchen, you will be listening to the sliding door of the kitchen, constantly, from early morning till late at the night. It sounds like someone is pushing furniture above your head. These rooms shouldn't be rented out, it's impossible to rest here. The staff couldn't help, just told us we are free to leave, and go where ever we want, at 8pm...If you get a room on the hill side, on the upper floors, you are in luck.Also there were someone else's beard shavings in the bathroom when we got there, so cleaning is questionable.

Excellent location, clean & comfortable

The view from the room and the back yard is simply spectacular. The room was clean spacious and comfortable. There is a lovely restaurant with wonderful pizzas in the restaurant. We arrived rather late and we were tired, hungry and it started raining so we were so happy to eat in.Morning buffet included in the price was very good.

There was no A.C or fan in the room, so we left the door of the terrace open, and unfortunately woke up very early because of the children in the next room.

Great views from the balcony and from inside the bedroom.The room size was good and light.Very peaceful.There was a good selection of food for breakfast.

The bedroom furniture were dated.The lighting was a mixture of old, new working and not working lights.Shower cubicle panel was broken.Overall it feels like it has passed its best and now its time to start modernising.

Hotel was easy to find, clean and it has good parking spaces. Our room was spacious and it had a balcony with a mountain view. Staff was very helpful and spoke also English. Finnidh sauna was also nice. Also the pizza restaurant was nice ?

Very good place if you like nature and quiet. Great restaurant. Pet friendly. Enjoyed sauna after training.
