- They had given us a very spooky room, right in the corner of the hotel... and with very poor lighting. even though the house had a third bed it was so small that no-one could sleep in it. it had a kitchen with no purpose. it did not even have a water kettle for heating. I asked for a room change and told them that we can adjust with just one large bed(for 3). they turned me down saying it was full when the entire floor where I stayed was empty. Staff cant understand English and we dont know Italian. For the cost is good but expected better.

Very dated room, hard to work the lights and the bathroom needs modernising. The staff were very friendly and welcoming however there was a very strange system for seating both for dinner and breakfast. It would be more welcoming to let people sit where they want. It would have been nice to use the spa facilities in the morning.

Beautifully situated hotel in the mountains of Trentino. Wonderful staff, delicious dinner, friendly staff and so many beautiful parks and activities nearby.
Good choice of breakfast
Bathroom too small. Not enough space to sit well on toilet. At least room was changed after two days. No aircondioning in the rooms not even in the restaurant.
