The bathroom was really outdated.
Nice place, warm welcome.
I came for one night and my room was quite far from Reception in other buiding. Not easy to get there.
The location and the building are very nice, the restaurant food was delicious and the waitress in the restaurant was super helpful.
The bed wasn't comfortable and the room could use some refresh in terms of decoThe information about the hotel facilities is only in German and even that is not complete (we did not know roomservice was possible until the waitress told us)Baby bed isn't free of charge but it is not mentioned at the time of reservationThe staff is not dressed appropriately for 4* hotel (wearing t-shirts, no name tags etc)I think it's a family ran hotel and the owner is often present around the reception and restaurant but it gives kind of weird feeling of just being observed as she is not interacting with the guests.
