The location is superb. Amazing view of the fjord. The spa was super comfortable.

How and when we could use the spa was a little confusing, but they were able to find a spot for us. Greatly appreciated!The rooms were small and outdated, but clean and functional.

Great breakfast for that price, the views are a big plus. The people working there should get a raise, very nice and helpfull!

The meals were tiny for what you pay. for example 7 meatballs but only a bit of a mash potatoes. Also the beds are not that comfy. But the rest is great!

Spa indoor

The room was not so attraktive. A bit old. The restaurant table window side was cold.

Great restaurants. The Tapas option was amazing. Great pool area with nice saunas and spa treatment options. Great live music at night by the bar. Spacious room. I will definitely come back.

The music Saturday was a but too loud and it went u til very late, so it was hard to sleep. I would recommend having a but lower the sound boxes, on Friday night for example, the live music was great and didn’t sound so loud so it was not possible to hear from the bedroom.

The place is located in a very nice location, the spa is great. Breakfast ok. The team is amazing! Dinner was great!

Rooms are a little outdated, the place is under a small renovation outside but it's more very felt inside.

Nice and quiet hotel. We enjoyed the seaside sauna, outdoor pool, and swimming in the sea. The view from spa is spectacular. Staff are really professional and friendly. Restaurant is nice with calming ambience and the dinner was tasty. The breakfast food is good, with lots of options.

The only thing i don not recommend is to have 2 single beds for a couple. It never works well in any hotel :)

Amazing SPA hotel just next to one of the Fjords on the west coast of Sweden. Spectacular location! Great facilities, excellent SPA, as well as outdoor pool and sea access for an easy swim with sauna overlooking the water! There was also an outdoor gym, tennis court etc that we unfortunately didnt have time to try. One of the best breakfast buffets ever! Well worth a visit, and will be back!

The staff was not their strong side… from the reception to the SPA, and to even worse at the restaurant in the evening. It’s a pity, if they could get this better, it would be top notch!

Nice and relaxing environment, beautiful view from most windows and terraces! The spa and hotel had cleaver ways to divide a room to make it feel like you were separated from other guests in a calm and quiet way.

Really hard to get a timeslot for a fairly expensive massage.Rooms could do with a little TLC.

The food was bad, the room small, no light over bed, empty botles in the bathroom, No cleaning of room, dustbins full every place outside.

Superb location and great breakfast!

The room starts to get a bit outdated, but still in a good shape.We were not made aware of the cleaning policy, and it was a little annoying that during our 3 nights stay nobody entered our room, not even to take out the thrash or check the towels.

Very nice location, very nice facilities, good breakfast. We stayed just one night, but think.its a good place to spent some days:).

Air conditioning could get less noisy in the night. The cleaning staff seems to wash the cups with the soap of the bath. Has a very strange smell. It hangs also in the room. We didn't particularly liked that smell.

Guest using mobile phone In the spa jacuzzi swimming pool. . Could not relax .My wife was very upset . We will not come back to your wonderful hotel for that reason.We even upgrade to a super suite because we loved your location and views. We think a spa should be peacefull. Tim
