- This hotel stands out in the whole Sila region for the quality of the premises, but above all the standard of service which I would rate 5 stars. In particular, the quality of the food is extremely high. The spa is top.
- The Hyle restaurant was a very nice surprise. The Michelin star (1) is well deserved. The food is fantastic, creative and with a touch of playfulness. Service is at the same level, attentive and well coordinated. The breakfast was also of top quality, well made with a number of choices.
- The location was great albeit there is not much around the area. The facilities like the indoor swiming pool and spa centre was good. The Bistro is a good place for breakfast and Dinner. Lunch is not served.
Cons -
- Maintenance in the rooms could be better. Burn marks on the toilet seat, a sliding door to the bathroom that won’t close (slides back to the open position). The telephone does not work and should either be replaced or removed.
- Considering that is hardly any other place in the vicinity There should be a small lunch service available. Also the rooms should be equipped with a minimum of a kettle to make your own tea

This resort was amazing and the staff were all very pleasant. They made our stay so wonderful. I would definitely stay here again on my next stay in San Giovanni.
