    Easy check-in

Parking gate always open, heating broken in room, no extra blanket and nobody from hotel to ask for anything

A decent modern hotel. Two big supermarkets and multiple restaurants are within walking distance. Big car park.

Can't imagine what could have happened if we had lost the room door code card in the city centre. It has the hotel name, room no. and passcode all written on.

    8AnnPosted on: 10-3-2024

    Late check-in

Car park full spaces not available due to bad parking

    7TomPosted on: 10-1-2024

room was cramped no room to move around bed

Its a B&B hotel, so you get what you pay for. Everything was clean. Found the automatic check in a bit annoying but in the end it worked well. The stuff I met in the morning where really friendly and also they have a cat in the lobby witch is a huge plus for every hotel :-)

the vending machine didnt work when I arrived at night. But in the morning it was already working again.

It was what was expected and no complaints from us really. It was a budget hotel but it was clean and well lit in the rooms. We would use this hotel again.

Breakfast is good - with choice and fresh food as well as egg and baconCoffee is from machine and good for expresso, and otherroom is small but clean, beds are confortable but minimal, pillows are good

Nobody is there at check-in you have to do it on a computer - and there is nobody at the desk most of the timeYour secret code opens the lobby but also you room (so it is very secrete)Parking spots are small when you come after 10pm usually it is packed up During the night it seems that the A/C stopped

Spacious room, 24 hours automatic reception, decent breakfast, closed parking

    6CrabecaPosted on: 7-21-2024

The room itself for the purpose

Early in the morning (6.30am) of 14/07/24 the checkout day, the Vending machine (MaxiCoffee) charged me 2.30 Euro and didn't provide the drink. I asked de Security how I can get the refund and he said that he can't do nothing and I have to wait the Reception open at 8am.So my question is what kind of services are provided if is needed during the overnight stay?

    8NickPosted on: 6-14-2024

Stayed dozens of times over past ten years so it's like home from home!

Staff on this particular visit not that friendly.

    7CatherinePosted on: 6-13-2024

The breakfast lady was very good and the couple who were there at night but sadly could not get a late drink from the vending machine.

Although non smoking I could smell cigarettes inside the building. The window would not open and the a/c didn’t work so the room was hot and airless.

    7NigelPosted on: 5-29-2024

Breakfast was good, staff good, Clean Hotel.

Twin room, Beds were very small single , The room could not of been smaller.

    5DavidPosted on: 4-11-2024

I know the hotel was low budget but the property was not in the best state.

When we arrived at the hotel. The room was unclean and had a really bad odour. The air conditional/heating didn’t work. We also found fleas on the bed, I know the hotel is pet friendly but it was awful and the breakfast for what you pay was awful. Eggs weren’t cooked and the sausage was a cheap frankfurter which just fell off your fork as soon as you picked it up.

    8GwenPosted on: 1-8-2024

Very comfy bed , good pillows, good size room.

I couldn’t find the entrance to the carpark, had to ask the way in at the bread shop

    9MarkPosted on: 1-6-2024

The hotel was lovely and quiet, food was good and the hotel cat was like a ninja, running up in different places in reception or around d the hotel grounds everyday, always made us laugh

I know that this is a budget hotel chain but a simple kettle would be nice, also the room was very warm with aircon doing nothing which was a shame, the only other issue, satnav took us to some nasty little road not far from thw hotel but more like a farm travk

    10JoshuaPosted on: 12-14-2023

Good location, next to a supermarket and a few restautants, on a walking distance and good parking

Rooms a bit cold but besides that everything okaay
