- There were NO any staff there (at least in the morning and in the evening when we were in the territory of the resort), just SMS messages we got before arriving (maybe because of the low season, but still it should not be excuse). Overall, the method works, everything is OK, but if you encounter any problem - nobody can help you. We had problems with the lock of the front door to the chateau and with the safe - and small things that could have been fixed instantly turned into very annoying factors
