- The location, the quiet, the room
- The hotel's location is absolutely stunning! It offers breathtaking views of the mountains and the nearby town. It's also a great starting point for hiking—especially to the Eagle’s Eye, which is a must-see.The staff are friendly and welcoming, the food is delicious, and the facilities are excellent. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend it!
Cons -
- There was a mop in the shower which was a good idea for mopping up stray shower water, but unfortunately the mop had become mildewed. Otherwise the bathroom and everything else was incredibly spotless and clean. And stylish too!
- Limited breakfast. A bit expensive.
- Not comfortable beds, old towels

Beautiful location. Nice clean rooms. Mountain views. Jacuzzi and sauna.Breakfast not a buffet, you choose a plate from a menu with pictures. No breads, fruits or salads for the taking. Machine made coffee, a tea and fruit drinks are provided.
Limited breakfast. A bit expensive.
Very beautiful place
Not comfortable beds, old towels
This is our second time coming and everything was great - the views, the room, the food and the jacuzzi. The lady that met us when we arrived made sure that everything was perfect the whole evening. We will be visiting again.
Unbelievable location. Breakfast was decent.
The silence was disrupted by constant music playing in the background.
The staff is so kind, the hotel is so clean and beautiful, the food is delicious. The location of the hotel is great. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic views.
Breakfast good, evenings meals good.Very clean.
Icy stairs to room.Jacuzzi not very warm.My partner did not get bath robe till next day.Shower heads in bathroom leaking, over head shower head not working.
Beautiful guesthouse situated seemingly in the middle of nowhere. The drive to get there is not for the faint of heart, and we recommend driving during daylight, but it's all part of the adventure :-)The accommodations are peaceful and quiet, with breathtaking views of hills and mountains. Some folks visit the area just to begin a hike, but we stayed overnight in the charming hotel—definitely worth it. The restaurant on the main floor is open to all and, given the remote setting, is the only nearby dining option. We will return to Hotel Mursal next time.
The views, the restaurant. The entire facility was great. It’s away from everything. Great place to decompress.
The shower
Stunning views over mountains. Staff very friendly
Rooms very basic shower not the best
Beautiful view and nature.
The rooms were very basic; bed was not very comfortable. There was not even conditioner and shower gel available in the bathroom. The food in the restaurant was OK, however the hygiene was very poor - numerous dead flies on the window frames, including one, berried in my salad... For that prize, they should do way better.
The location is exceptional! I really needed peace and quiet and I found it. The staff were very nice as well.
One of the windows on the ceiling had no blind and the sun was too strong
The location is perfect, at the end of the village Yagodina, in the heart of the mountain. It’s near to Eagle eye and also a lot of other beautiful places to visit. The staff and the owner of the hotel are the nicest people that we ever met. They were friendly and made everything to make our stay perfect. The most delicious local cuisine and wonderful views from restaurant. For sure we’ll visit them again. Recommend to everyone who enjoys gorgeous views, warm welcome, comfortable stay and unforgettable moments!
Everything was perfect
The location is great, the spa is nice and new. The adventures provided by the hotel are more than great. We chose to see Valchi kamak and Mechi vrah and it cost us 220BGN but it is worth it. Amazing views and experience. Vlado was the driver and he made it unforgettable.
There were two spare beds moved together and if you are a couple trying to sleep, there will be a hole between you. Wasn’t like that on the picture. The food was not really delicious. The alcohol is coming from shady bottles. The restaurant is closing at 23:00. Not all of the staff is friendly.
Good location with tasty food
Some facilities did not work like the steam room
Nice staff, secluded location, clean and very relaxing. The view was great.
You couldn’t regulate room temperature and it was a little bit colder because we were in a corner room.
The location is amazing, with the surrounding mountains. Close to variety of interesting spots to hike to. Road from the village to the hotel was okay, we did not have any issues with getting there.
The rooms were very cosy but at night it was too hot. However, popping a window open solved the “issue” :)
Beautiful nature, delicious food and friendly service
