Good breakfast, exceptional staff service

Room was claustrophobic beyond measure, opening the bathroom was hitting the wardrobe. Smell in the bathroom was vile so much so, that we’ve had to go to lobby when needed. No fridge or a table in the room (there was absolutely no space for it anyway)Bed looked like it was there since the beginning of time, so was the mattress and pillows (clean but about 20 years past its lifespan)

I have stayed there several times, and have already left my impression. Stuff was friendly. The last time everything was as usual.

Again, the road from the A4 highway is a bit complicated to reach the hotel's parking. This topic concerns location, not a service, and I am not sure owners can change it.

A quiet place, clean and comfortable beds. Friendly staff.

No hot water in the morning on 2 days. Had to have a cold shower.

Small, nice hotel next to a main road. Easy to reach by car, with lots of parking space. Big truck-driver style breakfast available at extra cost. Comfortable beds. We got a tiny room with little space for any luggage, but since it was a one night stay, it did not matter much.

If you want to keep the window open during the night, the street noise might be a problem. The road is not very busy (most of the traffic goes to the nearby motorway), but from time to time some folks decide to pass with their 'ould', fast and noisy machines just in front of people trying to sleep :-). Otherwise, a really nice place!

Such a cozy motel located close to a busy highway, yet surrounded by wonderful trees and with its own unique charm. It was a little reminiscent of motels i see in american movies, but cleaner and more home-like. A friendly receptionist will keep you company if you need to talk a little. The room was small, but nice.

I had some issues with the shower when it came to hot water. Might be i'm just not used to this specific shower type.

Tasty food

Not clean rooms. Too cold. Also the staff asked regarding the breakfast a few time, we agreed and paid for it when we arrived. In the morning we came downstairs and another staff didn’t know regarding our order and I had to show him the check that we’ve alrepaid for the breakfast and ordered it in the evening. However, the breakfast was tasty

The host was available 24/7 and welcomed us at 3am.

The host believes in Russian propagandistic rhetoric and, although I was on my way to the Ukrainian border to pick my niece who had to flee, the host was unsensitive and claimed "it's Ukrainian's fault for choosing such a naci as a president". I know this has nothing to do with the stay, but this kind of talks was just inappropriate.
