    Pros +

    • The staff was so kind and accommodating. The hotel was very clean and had a great vibe. And… because we had a check out early on the last morning, they offered to make us a sandwich for our early train ?
    • very clean and friendly good breakfast
    • The hotel is in a lovely quiet seaside town close to Cinque Terre. It is a great alternative to the crowded and expensive towns of CT. The staff were wonderful. The town is uniquely connected to the towns north and south via old railway tunnels which have been coverted to bike/pedestrian ways. We will recommend this to our friends.

    Cons -

    • No private parking very small room
    • Everything was great!
    • Staff can't quite be described as hospitable (with the exception of a very nice lady serving at breakfast), and not everyone seems to speak English. Compared to the hospitality in other hotels visited in Liguria, the staff unfortunately lacks friendliness. Bed small and uncomfortable. Noisy in the room - all the noises of guests from other rooms, but also noises from outside - especially at night - probably from an outdoor AC unit or some other motor can be heard. The windows face directly onto the patio, so you can hear voices of people walking around, and also for privacy/safety it is necessary to keep the shutters closed, which makes the room a bit dark. Lack of lift and no fridge in the room. Poor value for money.

Fantastic location - right on the beach, 5 minutes from the train station. Very easy access to other parts of Liguria. The hotel was very clean - towels were changed and the bed was made up every day. The room and bathroom were fine, not too big but sufficient. Breakfast is basic but okay - although there were limited and monotonous breakfast options, e.g. no fresh vegetables. Good, free wi-fi.

Location was excellent. Just across from the beach and a small walk to the main village. Not far from the train station to reach the cinque Terre. A lovely half an hour walk into Levento, through the tunnels.Rooms were small but had everything you needed. Fridge in room but no tea/coffee facilities.

Breakfast was limited and the same every day, when staying for 7 days, it becomes a little boring. No fresh fruit available. You even had to sit and the same table everyday! Rooms are in need of redecoration. Chairs on the balcony were old, rusty and uncomfortable. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Location location location! Right in the heart of it all in Bonassola- and a 15 minute bike ride from CT. Incredible place- locals super friendly and welcoming- nut completely out of the nutso tourist vibe a bit further south- strategically located to go when you want and escape when you want.

No coffee service til 8.30! And local coffee shops don’t open til 8.

We really liked this cosy little hotel. It's excellent for what it is as a 3 star hotel, the staff is friendly and welcoming and you feel like you get to know them a little bit. Cleanliness is superp and the breakfast is solid. If you are staying for more than two nights I would opt for a room with a balcony and sea view. It's a nice option to rent bikes from the hotel and cycle for example to Levanto, the next village east of Bonassola via old traintunnel - it's easy and only takes 10-15 min. The tunnel opens up on the way with beautiful panoramic views to the sea.

    Nothing really.

I used this hotel & the town as a base location for visiting the famous villages/towns of "Cinque Terre". After staying here, I can say that my decision wasn't bad at all, as it was more calm & relaxing to stay at this place than the touristy & hectic places around it. From this location, it's easy to either drive your car around or take the train and visit other locations around in "Cinque Terre". Added to that, there's a small, nice & relaxed beach very close to the hotel. The village is also relaxed and has some nice restaurants/cafes. The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable enough.

    Air-Conditioner wasn't working!

Was Parking was limited and tight spots to park a regular jeep. Plus the front desk Italian lady had her problems understanding my Italian and English. She granted me another day to park that rental Jeep then had a parking fine ticket sent or put on my car and passport fine when I was hotel granted an extra day to park on site.

Compensation or an appology and no fine ticket or full refund. Patti Gottesman booked the hotel my fiance and business partner. Thanks.

The location of the hotel was fantastic. Basically at the beach. Bonassola is much more cozy than other cities in Cinque Terre. The Staff were all very friendly and kind, though not all speak English. The room was very clean, spacious and had a balcony on the sea side.

I only can say that the breakfast could be much better to meet the other qualities of the hotel.

    Location, hot water, staff.

Breakfast - disappointing but fine! There is a wonderful baler in Bonassola so I suggest using it. The focaccia was from the bakers was outstanding. There must be someone to bake cakes Italian style in the locality. Fruit was disappointing and grape season while we were there so maybe research some local fruit. Fruit juice was undrinkable. All things that could make your hotel much better.

Very welcoming staff and lovely view from the balcony. Bea the receptionist was really nice, helped us with restaurant recommendations and bookings. Nice breakfast, wonderful pistacchioo cornetto's and cappucinos with cinnamon and happy faces. The hotel is located in a quiet spot despite the very central location.

Breakfast could have offered more fruit and vegetable options.

    the location and the breakfast

the bathroom size is below standard. Very unconfortable for a fat person.

    9AnnPosted on: 9-8-2023

Other reviews told about the traffic noise - it was loud! But the quality windows meant it did not disturb our sleep. Staff were extremely helpful & kind. Breakfast was good. The best pistachio croissant I've ever tasted. We loved the beach and the town. Lovely friendly area.

Shower & bathroom a bit small but spotlessly clean and served the purpose.

The location cannot be better. Exquisitely good breakfast. Nice room.

It was a bit pricy but I truly enjoyed.

Great place to stay, very close to the beach was the main reason for we choose Hotel Feluca. The bedroom we stayed in was on the first floor. We could hear that other traveler in next room did get a "good-snoring sleep" Thin walls in the hotel. Very clean. The wc was small, and litle bit a different setup for the toilet ( only for small feet & people, see pic). The balcony was next to the street, and there is sometimes noise from that. We was offered 30 euros extra for the pr.night with sea view we didnt accept. Friendly and good service from the staff.

There are road next to the hotel, so it can be a little bit noise, but with closed window it should not be a problem. Toilet is very small and setup is very strange ( see pic). Only for for small feet/people. There was no cooler/minibar in the room, we missed that very very much, to have cold water/vin. There was no wine glasses in the room.
