Fabulous location ! Greet hotel and excellent rooms! On site parking is a definite plus

The wait staff serving guests in the restaurant always appeared stressed and put out to serve the guests ... even at breakfast! Very disappointing! I expected much better service... even rude at times The reception staff were excellent!!

The receptionist was rather rude to us making us feel it was our fault that our registration didnt go thru perfectly. Her demeanor was unprofessional. After reminding her that she should treat customers better (Im even German)

The location on the water is beautiful! The staff are friendly and helpful. Excellent hospitality and food at the restaurant. Rooms were large and beds were comfortable. Breakfast included in rate.

Cold eggs for breakfast. Little server's out on the terrace. I don't think think the service was a Job they liked.

The hotel has a unique charm that my family and I enjoyed. The location was great for walking around the lake and into town. The breakfast was very enjoyable and had many options.Our bed was very comfortable and the pull out sofa was a nice size. It comfortably fit our family of 5. We also enjoyed the sauna and large bathroom with a tub.

When we arrived there was someone’s discarded food in our trash can. I rarely saw anyone at the front desk so I couldn’t get it taken care of within the first day of staying.

We stayed in the historical part of the hotel. We loved the lake view and the atmosphere. The breakfast was very good. Highly recommended.

In the room there were lots of spidersThere were no one in the reception many timesThe female staff in the restaurant is not kind with the customers. Although the room was suit, it was not cleaned enough. There is a lack of management in this facility.

Very friendly staff. We travelled with two kids below 2 yrs of age and the staff provided all the support we requested. Location is nice. Comfortable room.

Historical and great location, comfortable for the whole family.

Temperature control for heating in the room would have been great as it was slightly too hot, but not something we couldn’t cope with.

Very good accommodation in a magic environment with Schloss hotel surrounded by Lake Constance.Staff was professional, forthcoming and friendly. We appreciated the quiet, lay-back atmosphere, the nice restaurant and its front lake terrace.

All TV channels in the bedroom were German speaking only.

The hotel itself was a lovely old building and very interesting with a wonderful view.

Bird poo on the table cloths, same menu for lunch and dinner not enough choice, the receptionist kept disappearing and leaving a note t say she was not there! No phone in room no kettle in room. lots of building work going on which affected the car parking. Staff no overly friendly at all, bit grumpy. We cancelled our evening meal and ate in another hotel which was lovely with amazing staff

Comfortable bed, large modern bathroom, great location on the lake, excellent restaurant, very good breakfast. Old world charm, but modern facilities. Friendly staff, Free parking. Good value

Room was a little restricted because of the beams in the ceiling.

Old traditional hotel nicely appointed. Location superb. Bedroom and bathroom really nice. Breakfast excellent.

No Cornflakes

Magnificent suite with ornate comfortable furnishings.Like stepping back in time .The breakfast and dinner meals were very good.The staff was very helpful on our late arrival.

The setting, the view, the garden, the room & the terrace- especially for breakfast overlooking the lake- just beautiful! Locality to Lindau with easy public transport plus local restaurants.

No Tea & coffee making facilities in the room.

Wonderful building with terrific views, excellent food and extremely friendly staff

I love the terrace for all the meals right at the edge of the lake. The food is exquisite and available at all hours. The view out of my windows enchanting. This was my third or fourth time coming back.

The place at the lake with easy chairs could be more accessible and kept in better order. The streets around the hotel were being ripped up and hard to get around on.
