Hotel Klar

The hotel is clean, the staff is nice, the breakfast is good, and the beds are comfortable. We got rooms close to the main road and we didn't hear any noise from the trains. The location is about 15min away from Zachytne Parkovisko, the main parking lot where you can leave the car and take the free bus to the ski resort.

There is an automatic closing door mechanism, which slams the door of each room, if you let them close by themselves... can be annoying after a while. I might seem that the people are doing it on purpose, although it's not their fault.Not so many dinner opportunities at the hotel.. You have to sign up during the day for 1 of the 2 available dinner menus.But there are a lot of restaurants in the town , so it's OK

Hotel was mainly used by skiers to Jasna, including us. If you have a car, it's a perfect location, 15 min drive. Also, the location is a 5 min drive fom other cafes and shops in the town.Very nice breakfast, we were full. Simple, clean rooms. Overall quiet and everyone was polite and friendly. For the price we paid we were positively surprised.

Perfect location - close to highway, close to the city, nice staff, very good breakfast. Parking lot for free in front of the hotel.

I would prefere: dinner time for later hours (actually ends in 19:00), breafast at least 30 minutes earlier (actually starts at 7:00)

It is located just by railway and it creates big noise:(Also rooms are very badly sound isolated :(

Friendly staff, big parking, secured ski room. Good location - a few minutes walk to Lidl and petrol station.Good relation of price to the standard of the hotel I will visit this place one more time during my next trip to Jasná Chopok

I was missing more electric sockets in the room and an omelette or scrambled egg during the breakfast but at least they were serving pancakes

The breakfast was good and plenty. The shower cabin was big enough to have a shower comfortably. The hotel was nex to the main road of the city but it was full quiet.

The elevator was out of order. There was not any table (even a small one) in the room nor refigerator.

The room and facilities are good.Very friendly staff, helped a lot.Breakfast is okayish, there were things, but not much.Location is a bit far from city center. There is bus stop, but I prefer to walk. Maybe if you have a car, location is good.

Basic hotel with minimum amenities and basic breakfast choices.

Shower is very slippery. Needs anti skid measures

Room wasn't air-conditioned and our room faced a busy road so trying to sleep with an open window meant noise, but leaving it closed meant being too hot. The rooms have limited sound-proofing, we could hear our neighbor's TV through the wall.Breakfast was adequate but lacking variety and had extremely limited options for vegetarians/vegans

The Hotel was easy to find and it was nice and clean. The breakfast was sufficient, better than expected to be honest. No pet fee which was nice. Has parking.

It was very noisy. You could hear cars and trains driving by. Also, room doors would make a loud noise when being closed if the person did not close them slowly.

Tha breakfast was quite good, I liked tha pancakes, but the selection was not so wide.

One window replacement would be good, it was windy.

- endless queue for the coffee during breakfast. Please do something about that :pray:- breakfast, but for what we pay I would say its still ok.

Breakfast was good. Food was served more on Saturday and Sunday, on weekdays there was less choice for breakfast!

At the reception, some staff do not speak English.

The rooms are clean and better than they look on the pictures. The bed is comfortable.

You can hear the main road, and the walls are paper thin, but as long as the neighbours are quiet during the night, you will be able to sleep well.

Disappointing

Hotel as a student dormitory. Old beds, poor bedding. The air conditioning in the bathroom is very loud. Breakfast menu - poor. The smell of food is felt throughout the hotel. The hotel's price is very high because it does not meet the 3* level.
