Good location. Comfortable room with nice breakfast selection.

We went out in the evening and came back before 11PM and the front door to the hotel was locked. We rang the bell and waited outside with another couple until someone finally came and opened it after at least 30 minutes.

Great location, nice and helpful staff, very clean, a warm room, delicious breakfast.

Absolutely nothing to complain

1. Friendly staff.2. Very good location. A number of restaurants are nearby, same for a bust stop for ski bus.3. Free parking (the one behind the hotel is the proper one) with no worries about finding a free spot.

1. Some of the equipment in the bathroom seemed to have a little loose mounting.2. Sound dampening between the rooms was poor. I could understand what the people in the next room were saying during normal conversation.

Located downtown with a nice view of the mountains.

Very noisy till late in the evening. Not recommended for families with kids. Old style furniture and poor breakfast.

breakfast opening just from 7:30 as well as working on menu, so you need to order from 4-5 choses they to prepare, this takes some time (but on the other hand you have fresh made food ;-) ), This is just in general a bit tricky when you plan your business day already for 8 o'clock at some place...

Nice hotel in the heart of the city. Ability to park the car for free.Tasty breakfasts.

It would be great to start serving breakfasts at 7.00 instead of 7.30, in order to be able to get to Jasna by its opening.

Imperial Austria style building but elevator equipped!. High celling rooms and quite (thick walls). Lobby, common spaces, rooms well heated during winter. Ideal base for Jasna skiing resort (16 km only). Helpful staff, free parking it all we can expect at three star hotel.

Place itself. Building exterior, restaurant, and lobby design. Room was not bad. Food was not bad too.

Thin walls, you can hear ever sound from the room next to you. Staff didn't speak english.

Nice Hotel in the city center. Was visiting for a skiing trip.Hotel has lockers for your skiing equipment.Breakfast was good enough too.

Had some noisy polish neighbours on the last night. Walls are quite thin apparently.

Great deal and experience all around! Location is very convenient and is walking distance from bus/train station and even closer to the historic city center. Best restaurants and cafes are right around the corner. Hotel itself is clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and main front desk staff speaks English very well
