Breakfast was amazing, both in quality and quantity. Parking was also quite good. Bed was also good.Having a fridge in the room in Slovakia is a privilege! Location was also nice, close to the town center.

The carpet in the room was very worn out. And both the main light and the bed light had blown out bulbs. So I had to call maintenance next day to get it sorted. Windows were also not always easy to close well, and because the road outside was a bit noisy, I had to master the closing of the windows, but OK. But my odyssey with the lights wasn't over: next day the staircase lights didn't work as well. I was expecting a bit more from a 4-star hotel. It was a good stay, but not a 4-star one.

Perfect hotel for staying in Liptovský Mikuláš! Very kind, professional and supportive staff. Clean rooms, amazing and tasty breakfast and dinner. Dinner - very good price and quality. Very good price - quality ratio. Good spa for this price. There is good rental of ski equipment. We were very happy to stay in the hotel. We recommend this hotel.

Great Hotel with easy access to Jasna! About 20min drive to the slopes! A good economical way to stay near Jasna during high skiing season!

Very big problems to get keys. I did pay for the room in advance but they sad no money did come. No invoice at the end. They promised to send it. Simple and old fashioned.

had issues with electricity plug, there wasn't one close to bed to charge my phone, had to disconnect lamp.... maybe good idea to fix this

The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and big enough, wifi connection worked well. Easy parking and great breakfast.

I spent one night here in August, when it was very hot 32 C. Hotel has no A/C, so it was very hot in the room.

A room like this in a 4-star hotel!? Fire the entire staff and close the hotel so they can no longer deceive guests for their money! There's dirt everywhere, hair all over, mold and dead flies on the windowsill, pills on the carpet, dry grass, gum, and someone’s forgotten dirty underwear. It's scary to even touch the hairdryer, and the furniture looks like it's from a junkyard! Photos of this horror are also attached as proof.
