Very clean room and good food in the restaurant… staff were very polite and answered all our queries. Was able to park my motorcycle and didn’t have any concerns about security

The Hell family made us feel like part of their family during our stay. The room & accomodations were excellent; clean, warm, and very welcoming. Very happy we decided to stay a little outside of Prum, it was quiet and so beautiful. Bonus, the food was magnificent!
Wifi was difficult to obtain however everyone was helpful in helping to procure signal daily so that I could work from the hotel.
Fantastic quality- the food, drink and service was outstanding. The room was beautiful - wish we could have stayed longer. We will return.
Well located hotel for round trips in the beautifull border region Belgium/Germany, or visits to charmant German towns such as Prum. Restaurant in the hotel offers delicious local specialities. Free parking in front of the hotel.
Service in breakfast room could be better
Best breakfast we had while in Europe. Traditional continental European style but the kitchen was open and the staff was awesome.
One night the hot water ran out and we had to take a cold shower, so maybe a larger hot water heater is in order.

Very well located in the center of the village, with a very kind staff and beautiful, clean rooms. The breakfast is extensive and delicious, and the restaurant has a lot of choice for every price range.
Hair dryer not included in the room, but available from reception if you ask for it.
An excellent breakfast: Eggs, cold meats, cheeses, fresh bread from the local bakery and milk from the local dairy. Dinner the night before in the baergarten downstairs was excellent as well. Friendly and attentive staff. We could not have found a better place to enjoy our stay while exploring.

Our rooms we’re absolutely spotless and we’re tastefully decorated. We really enjoyed our stay, located in the heart of the village overlooking the square and church. Breakfast was lovely too!
