I would have loved tea/coffee making facilities.

The whole hotel was spotlessly clean with a spacious bedroom and en suite bathroom. Small balcony was nice. Staff polite and helpful and although they couldn’t speak English and my Spanish isn’t great we got by using an online translator. Would definitely stay again.

Rooms a bit tired and dated. Some broken ítems in room such as patio door didn’t lock and window shutter cord holder broken. Also no ceiling lights just wall lights so rooms pretty dark.

Staff were very accommodating & lovely. Very clean hotel & the room was lovely, clean & plenty of space! Great price including breakfast! And the check in/out times are so much better than the UK. Great stay, thank you ☺️

This hotel is very basic but immaculately clean. I liked that I had fresh bed linen and towels daily and the room was cleaned to a very high standard. Also the heating was good as it was often just 3 degrees in the evenings in January and cold with tiled floors and no rugs. The location however is excellent.

The fact that my friends I had travelled with who have a holiday home there were not allowed up in the lift with me to view my room and help with my luggage. The Lady in reception refused to allow them access. Nobody spoke a word of English so communication was difficult. I only had 4 coat hangers in a massive wardrobe and no blankets so had to request both.The room was adequate but very sparse and I think a rug or carpet in winter would be good and maybe a hair dryer in a drawer. I never had breakfast as a 10am deadline was too restricting considering it was winter and only a croissant and coffee was being served.

We had driven for ten hours and because I was tired I booked the wrong night and the Hotel was actually fully booked. The receptionist went above and beyond to help us find alternative accommodation and her help and kindness was hugely appreciated. Hopefully I will get a refund as I would certainly book this hotel on our next visit to Almoradi.

I can’t fault the property it was clean , good value for money , breakfast was nice , since we have a holiday home in Spain we have toast data and juice and staff were very nice

Perfect for our needs. The location was ideal and it was clean and good value for money. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was basic but fine considering it was included in the price.

The room was very dark (just wall lights and a spot light above the TV). The bed was extremely hard. The shower had no holder so you have to hold it in one hand while trying to wash yourself with the other! No hand soap, only sachets of shower gel. No hair drier.

Uncomfortable bed. TV too small for room.Towel rail hanging off. Shower head not fixed to wall have to hold whilst having shower.No shelves in wardrobe. Rooms need updated.

Perfect “budget” type hotel to use as a base for a couple of nights exploring or business in the area. Only dealt with one member of staff the lady who checked us in when we arrived very late after a delayed flight was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic with a limited choice but tasty and served with a smile! Some fruit would be a good addition. Room basic but adequate for our needs with a large bathroom with window. Very clean and daily room service if required. Our room was quiet as it wasn’t overlooking the main road with free wifi and air con.

The only negative thing was the towels. They were clean but extremely thin and worn had to air dry after a shower!!! So new sets of towels would be a good idea for the summer season!

Hotel was spotless & room very spacious. Good location to town centre.

No soap only sachets of shower gel to wash your hands. No tea making facilities. Day receptionist very unfriendly but night receptionist very good even got us a kettle for our room.

Breakfast was OK.

Arrived 2.30 pm did not get room key until 305pm

The room was very clean. The location was 5 minutes walk to town square. Plenty of bars nearby and small supermarket.

The shower head had no attachment, so you had to hold it whilst showering. No kettle in the room so you could not make a coffee.

This hotel is immaculately kept and the staff were very pleasant. With plenty of free on street parking, the location is great for exploring that part of the coast. The croissants at breakfast were great and the quality of food and drinks was also good, but we felt there should have been more food included, such as fresh fruit or yoghurt. This may mean putting up their prices a little, but I'd be happy to pay a bit more to get a bit more!

There could be a few basic improvements to the rooms, such as better lighting and a holder for the shower head. Our room was also missing a cover for the blind and when it was cold and windy we could feel the draught! Thankfully, there was good heating to the room, which meant we weren't cold.

Location was fine. Breakfast average.

Unable to communicate non English speaking, but I don't speak Spanish either but thought there may be at least one person to help and explain things or an information pack for different nationalities.No information about breakfast which was served at 10:00 am we only managed to have breakfast once as we had to be out well before 10:00.Shower room pretty poor, no shower head wall attachment although there was once by the look of it.Water from shower just poured out onto floor soaking everything.No hairdryer.No hand soap.

A friendly, clean and comfortable hotel. We had a spacious room and a good breakfast with just a short walk to great restaurants and bars.
