USE OF COMMON AREAS: Pets may be on terraces such as the Agora (next to the pool) or the café terrace as long as they are on a leash. Pets may not use common areas such as restaurants, bars, pool, etc. CLEANING SERVICE: Pets must be kept out from the room when cleaning is being done. You can let us know at reception so that the person in charge of cleaning can be informed. Try to keep your pet from getting on the beds, sofas, armchairs, etc. And if this is your habit, we would appreciate it if you could protect our furniture with a sheet of your own. If you want to dry or clean your pet's paws after a walk, do not use the hotel towels. Ask us for special towels. NOISE AND DISTURBANCE POLICY: In the event of noise or disturbance caused by the pet, the hotel reserves the right to expel the client and the pet. USE OF A LEASH: The use of a leash is mandatory in the common areas of the hotel. Pets may be left alone in the rooms only if you are in the hotel, during breakfast and meal times or using any of the facilities. Guests must have all the legally required documentation at check-in, and may be requested at any time by the hotel management. If you are staying with a guest with phobias, fears, allergies, etc., please do everything possible to ensure that your pet does not cause a nuisance. The hotel considers the comfort of its guests to be of the utmost importance. At all times, the client is responsible for their pet and its behavior. We stayed with a dog , it was really sad we haven’t had any option to go for breakfast or bar with a dog . It could be really nice to have a little terrace space for dog owners .

Perfect location, good breakfast, lots of facilities, parking available (additional cost), super friendly staff. One of the best holidays we have had in Benasque. We stayed in the Junior suite with fireplace as we were travelling with our dog. It was such a nice experience to return from a day hiking in the mountains, to light a fire, have a nice bath and relax. We stayed over Christmas and had a delicious lunch at the restaurant. Monica and the reception team were lovely and made us feel at home from the first moment. We will return many times!

There is very limited pet friendly rooms selection only on ground floor
The hotel's location was great, right in the heart of the town with hiking areas nearby. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing ample space for us. The food at the bar was decent, and we especially enjoyed their own wine. Bringing our dog along was hassle-free, as they were pet-friendly. The presence of a public electric car charger nearby was convenient, even though it was often occupied.
The separation of the water source from the main bathroom was inconvenient; you had to go to another room just to wash your hands. The restaurant was consistently fully booked, and we couldn't dine there any night, which led us to have dinner at the bar. While it was acceptable, we would have preferred dining at the restaurant.
Great location just in the center of Benasque. We came at the end of the summer just before fall. Stuff was very helpful in finding great trails for us to visit, or booking restaurants near by.
Breakfast could improve a bit but it's just a nitpick. Everything was lovely.

Bathroom layout is strange, open, with glass doors and in the entrance to the room. We were given twin beds although we asked for double.

The hotel is a bit expensive. We toured Spain for 3 weeks with Benasque being the most expensive place we stayed.
