Pros +
- Good location in the center of Beinette village. Good value for the rate
- Spacious & clean.
- Exceptional
Cons -
- Noise till late evening, scooters, loud talking. But to be expected in Italy during summertime with open windows
- Was quite noisy - other tenants slamming doors, a lot of ruckus coming from the street. Sound insulation could be much better. Also, got woken up by a rooster at 5.30 in the morning :D
