The property was clean, warm and cozy. Everything went smoothly!

The paid amenities pack included was quite small, we ran out of toilet paper and washing machine tablets.

Great comfortable chalet with 3 bedrooms, warm in winter, beautiful nature surroundings and very friendly and helpful staff. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture and a lovely open feel.

The shower was not draining and the toilet tap leaked water onto the floor, but once reported to reception these were quickly sorted.

Bad

There is a 150 euro deposit you pay in case of damages. This is not a deposit but they take the money as after check out, they invent damages and keep your deposit

Loved this place, just wish there was a small shop on site other than that accomodation beautiful & bar & pool facilities great. Well kept site.

Just needed a shop on site as we didn't have a car or bike with us to get to the nearest one.

Clean and quiet place among the nature. Good facilities for EV charging. Private Jacuzzi.

It's cozy and nice good stay

The cleaning is poor we stayed 3 Weeks and no cleaner came in to do any cleaning, towels where not provided, no toilet paper even the trash bag was bought by me

We loved this little challet site out in nature, even in the rain and wind of a dutch winter it is beautiful. Check in was quick and easy and the chalet was lovely. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay AND A SAUNA! not expecting that at all. We got cleaning deposit back quickly and found all staff very helpful. we will be back.

The bedding was not adequate for the winter - only a single thickness duvet.The location was disappointing - we had hoped to be in the forest, but there were far more chalets on the park than trees!

It is such a cute little apartment, with everything e needed. A little disappointed we only stayed 2 days. This place as a whole has a lot to offer.

It was cold, even with the heaters on it was cold. If you don't read the full description you'll be surprised with extra taxes and fees. Towels are extra. Just be mindful when considering price. We came prepared, but I would prefer the total price listed when looking for accommodations. I'm not sure if this is a booking.com or the property issue.

Cozy acommodation, calm place, nice personal (they helped me with check in and check out because I arrived after reception hours), clean rooms.

Really hard and stressfull to lock the door, because there is child safety lock. :-)

It wasn't always easy to get a good overview on information...During my stay I tried to look for opening times of swimmingpool and restaurant, but the link to the website went to an overall website of the organisation and did not give localised information.It also might be good to give some information on local activities.. As long as you leave out the "biggest waterfall of the netherlands" ... Which is really a bit of monty-python-joke (like "the funniest joke in germany")

exceptionally clean. tastefully decorated very comfortable. everything you could need there plus welcome pack!

we were quite close to a road so there was day time road noise but at night it was very quiet.

Heated pool, forest nearby, dog playground, comfortable beds, very clean

TV is not smart, you can't watch Netflix on it. You have to pay 10 euros for one day of air conditioner, that's a lot. No fence for dog in the unit we stayed.

The house was very modern and clean. You have everything needed for your stay. The location is very quiet and it is possible to have a good rest in the place/

I think the property was slightly more expensive than what I would have wanted. But I also booked last minute so...
