Trigrad Hotel

Wonderful view, very kind host, great location. The SPA center is really nice, rooms are sunny.

Not many places to eat in Trigrad, would be good if they offer dinner as well.

Did not get chance to see the spa. The room was very spacious, breakfast was included.

we arrived at night and it was hard to find the hotel. There was no lights around the property.

The design, the view

Shower and toilet - one on top of the other, and after you shower the whole toilet room is wet. On breakfast there was no one who new how to work the coffee machine, so the coffee was not something.It was not easy to find the hotel.

Exceptionally friendly staff which gives excellent recommendations for eating and tours, delicious homemade breakfast, clean room and remarkable low level of noise when coming from the big city!

This was one of the best hotel experiences I have had in my entire life. Incredible front desk etiquette, unbelievably beautiful breakfast, and just insane views from a spacious and clean hotel room with a balcony. We were upgraded to a nicer room by coincidence, which was too kind! Regardless of that though, the stay overall was amazing. Great location and I cannot wait to stay here again next summer.

Helpful host sorting out practicalities over the booking.com chat function. Very quiet place, good base for Trigrad Gorge and hikes into the Rodophe mountains.

I cannot thank the Hotel owner much he was very understanding and made sure that we enjoyed our stay. Corner room 201 was spacious with a big balcony and view Also dinner food was exceptional Thank you very much

Awful food in the restaurant. Everything we tried was deeply frozen and almost spoiled.Very poor room hygiene. The kettle in the room was musty. The carpet not only had stains, but there was an awful smell coming out of it.

Clean, spatious rooms, generous balcony with nice view to the steep surrounding mountains.Kind staff, but poor in English so Google translate was in order.

Quite intricate access, as the hotel is located accross the nearby river and there is only one way to reach it, over a bridge, on a one way street someowhere from the center of town. The other bridge, 200m away from the hotel was damaged enough to be unusable by car.The damp smell inside the hotel's staircase was heavy.A backgroung noise, maybe from the central heating system, was very bothering!

the location is quiet, perfect for a good rest.The rooms are nice and clean and very warm during the winter.

Bridge next to the hotel is broken. Very noisy. Lack of good restaurants around it. Ratatuy is cooking

Really friendly staff, going extra mile for the comfort of the guests. Good advice for the local sightseeing and exceptional breakfast with a lot of home made products.

The staff was amazing!! They was super nice. We traveled with a baby and they made spacial food for him when we asked them to, and played with him and really did their best to fill our needs.

The room is missing a small fridge

Good location and spa facilities. Very clean hotelNice modern bathroom with a good supply hot water .All windows had mosquito nets on them. Dressing gowns were also supplied.

Outside space was infested with flies breakfast adequate not proper ham . the english call it spam coffee and tea always cold and so was the scrambled egg no cereal or fruit juice for breakfast. Had to pay if you wanted a cappaccino. Management not very helpful with english/irish tourists did not have any information on walks/hikes in area of which there were many also had no information about bus timetables as we had no transport . Had no curtain on our balcony door and neighbours could see right into our room. Family run hotel but catered for their child more than visitors telly always had childrens programmes on in the dining room right up to 9.00 at night if the waitress turned it off their child turned it back onAgain even though he wasnt watching it. Also they had 'tea making facilities' but had toSupply your own tea/coffee/milk first hotel that I have stayed in that hasn't supplied them especially if they are offering the service. Just incase you are wondering i dont mind children. i have 5 children and 9 grandchildren.

The hotel was fantastic was a little challenging to find in the dark as it's hidden off the main road but easy in the daylight the staff were very accommodating very little English but wasn't an issue the food in the restaurant was amazing and the breakfast was perfect. I would definitely stay here again

Small rooms, bad view

Amazing location, relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff. perfect value for money. Would highly recommend
