Campanile Angers Ouest - Beaucouzé

The room was quite large and the bathroom had a bath. The bed was reasonably comfortable

Paper cups for tea and coffee

Clean and lots of hot water

Very firm bed. Motel style with rooms accessed from outside.

Easy night stop clean but old . Good restaurant and parking

Breakfast was ok Location was fine

Room was tired and needs upgrading Get rid of the bath and put in a shower.

The staff were very nice and responded to any request. Room and breakfast were good and the fact they could provide a meal when we arrived late was excellent.

The location suited us as stop off point - staff helpful - great restaurant on site for dinner - breakfast looked good but we were late starters but managed to enjoy simple breakfast that we required.

These hotels are a little dated from outside but supply everything we need including kettle/tea bags and milk.

staff were friendlylinen and bedding cleaneasy parking

tired room decortwin room smelt of tobacco smokestaff friendly but didnt recommend the bowling alley as somewhere to go to get a drink when everywhere else closed!not close to Angers centre

The location for L’TOLL and the reception staff spoke good English and were Friendly. And free parking Breakfast was good too

Some of the lights weren’t working

The staff were nice and friendly. Housekeeping could be improved and the room could have been cleaner.the one dining room chair was in need of repair. The bins outside in the car park were overflowing on our arrival were still spewing out their contents three days later and The steps leading up to the rooms could do with a scrub. The green slim that’s growing on them is an accident waiting to happen.

Breakfast & dinner OK., parking and location good. Bit of noise between rooms, but not too bad.

We booked dinner for our second night but when we turned up we were told the dining room was shut. No explanation as to why they'd let us book the table just 24 hours earlier. Also the dining room was not closed, they'd decided to allow a large booking and so would not let anyone else use the spare tables. No apology. Electrics in room not fully working. Shower head also faulty. In view of way treated over dinner booking, we decided no point in reporting these faults.

This is a good hotel with all the facilities needed for a night's stay. The bed was comfortable, plenty of storage, ensuite was good and well equipped. The location is out if town but there are still plenty of places in and around the hotel to get a meal.

We had breakfast in the morning and for the price I didn't feel that the choices warranted the price. I had to ask for milk to be refilled and bread choices ran out and were slow to be replenished.

Clean, very good buffet for breakfast, good value.

Location was excellent for our stay. A short drive to the Event we attended and walking distance to excellent restaurants. I did not have breakfast.

Everything was fine, I hope to return next year.

the room was fine. the food was very good

difficult to locate

good location

breakfast, evening meal expensive, feels dated

Easy to find and good location on the outskirts of Angers. Had air-con.

Nothing. Beds weren’t very comfortable.

Easy to find - ideally situated for our trip - staff very friendly & helpful

the rooms suit us, the menus varied and value for money. good breakfast selection.

dogs in the eating area.

Faire continental breakfast

Very basic small room, noisy, cannot leave blind open without other being able to look inside your room from the walkway. Need upgrading / refurbishing.
