- Great service - good location for us. NIcely appointed room.

- The staff are nice and room is big and comfortable free parking
Cons -
- Air conditioning in the room did not work - causing a bit of a poor sleep.
- Never seen carpets do dirty in a hotel; hallways and room. It just made the whole hotel feel dirty. The bathroom wasn’t that great either: lots of hair left all over the bathtub.

Great room for a small price. Not too far from Angers (15 minutes by bus, the bus stop is right next to the hostel)Overall clean and great bedding
Super nice, spacious room. Lovely washroom and large comfortable bed. I'm guessing this Kyriad hotel is new. Wow, they've really improved. They've taken on board that international visitors like to have a kettle in their room. Most French hotel chains still don't provide this! The staff are helpful and friendly and the hotel is clean. Next door there is a nice restaurant called Henriette. What's not to like. Kyriad is my first choice for a short stay.
All good.
Really nice room with TV and shower/bath. Breakfast was very nice, staff were friendly and helpful.
Easy quick check in.
Bugs in the bed. Mentioned to staff but wasn’t great in bed and feeling something jump on me.
Professional and kind personnel. Very clean room. Comfortable bed. Great pillows. Nice shower. Lot of parking space. Nice garden.

Everything was great, the room was clean and very comfortable, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver because it was extremely hot. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very nice breakfast with a variety of different options. Great pillows!
