It’s a really beautiful place. We had a clean and spacious room for two young ladies. The staff in castle/accommodation was friendly and willing. We really appreciated spa near in hotel (like one minute from there). There was a breakfast too. Thank you for 2 nights here!

Absolutely nothing :)

I really liked that the place is calm, it has a big garden, there were not many people, it was clean, the staff was very nice, you can play badminton in that garden. There was a good playground and hiking spots nearby. the view was beautiful. the breakfast was good.

There was no shower gel or liquid soap.

Friendly staff, nice view of the mountains, excellent breakfast, clean room, quiet and no disturbances from neighbours, fresh air, quiet and safe neighbourhood, children friendly environment and staff etc

Wifi was only available in the reception area so had to go there to connect to wifi and we felt we were intruding a bit. Road outside very busy so if window open it was a little noisy, so we had window shut at night. Hotel is set within farming district so strong farming smells were prevalent; another reason to have window shut. Our satellite navigation system could not find the hotel and sent us to the wrong place, basically down a dirt road. The hotel is not hard to find as it is on the main road so if your sat nav system is old you may experience the same problem. This is not the hotels fault it’s old sat nav systems!

Silent location and a silent room - thick walls of the castle/manor are great. It's only about a 10 minute ride to Poprad - where you can park and take the tram to the mountain resorts.Large rooms with lots of storage.Rooms were clean.Overall, it's a nice hotel that I can recommend easily.

No internet in the room, lobby only. This wasn't an issue for me but if you're on a business trip, it might be. Importantly, thick walls do not block mobile signal so you can easily hotspot.Breakfast served in the partner hotel across the street - that's not a problem per se. But breakfast served from 7:30 AM is a major problem for a hotel in the vicinity of a mountain range where people typically wake up early for their mountaineering trip. We ended up making our own breakfast in the room to leave 7:40 am.Kettle, plates, utensils, microwave etc. were available in the hall. I'd welcome to have a kettle in the room. It's literally 10 euro per room investment.Suggestion for the owners: You can easily install ethernet over power lines (230V) and then use available routers (they're already in the rooms) to extend the wi-fi signal. It'd be less than 1,000 euro investment for the entire establishment.

loved the vibe of the castle, converted into a hotel. quiet and clean, can reccommend.

language barriers

Well, Its a small castle ?. Big Garden with fence all around. While the restaurant inside is closed, the Garden and the outside Is ať your disposal And you can sit there as long as you want, but you need your own food and drinks ?. Its nice value fór your money.

Beautiful place, old manor, clean and refurbished. Rooms are ok, breakfast superb and the staff very nice.
