Just a delightful place.Great pool and sauna.

The food was not at the same level as the rest of the facility.

Mould in the shower. No real facilities for smokers in the shade. Pool to small for such a large hotel. Dogs being fed with meat meant for breakfast in the breakfast room. No obvious parking space for disabled persons.

Big rooms, with wiews over the countryside. Enough parking places. Beautiful garden. Best swimmingpool. Value for money. Polite staff. Good breakfast.

The hotel is a former agriculture property, a farm or so. It consists of several buildings. We stayed two separate nights (always when travelling through Germany), had 4 different doublerooms, but were always happy about the rooms - spacious, clean, nicely furnished. Yes, the place has its age and it can be noticed at some spots, but for us it was a good option for the price. What we appreciated was the gaming equipment - a bowling hall and a place with different games (table football, darts, etc). We aqsked for two rooms close to each other and got them every time as requested. ALso the breakfast offered a great varieety of meals, so to us - all fine.

One little comment is to the restaurant where we had dinner one night. We had to wait for nearly one hour due to some chaos in the service, which was a pity as the food was fine.

Nice hotel with a pool, which the kids enjoyed a lot.

Quite remote at least for a stayover when heading south in Europe. However the small roads are quite scenic.

A bit old, the loungarea had a bad smell, and although we had breakfast one hour before closing time, some of the things were missing …

This property is in more than one building. When we checked in it was raining and we were directed to a parking area closer to our building. This was down a rough track, was stoney and places were not marked but we were able to take our things inside without getting too wet. The sky cleared later.The buffet breakfast was very good, offering a selection of hot and cold food. The staff were very pleasant and efficient. If it wasn't for the breakfast this place would have been given a lower rating.

We were there while a wedding was being celebrated so some noise was expected, but not the following night. However, there are always some people with no consideration for others. Apart from a fan in the bathroom, this did not have much going for it. Our room was long and narrow, as was the bathroom. There was only one light in the bathroom but it was over the mirror so the rest of the room got some reflected light. This even gave a bit of light in the shower, which I'm not sure was a good idea as some of the grouting between the shower wall tiles was black.The other room was long and narrow and had one light at the door, a light in the middle that didn't work, and two bedside lamps with very dark shades so it was very dark. We were unable to remove the lamp shades to get some brighter light.We could see rooms in the building facing ours had either blinds or heavy curtains so they could block the morning sun. Our room only had light sheer curtains so we were very hot during the sunny afternoons and there was no way to become cool. The windows needed cleaning, as did some of the walls.

Nice, clean and peaceful. Big room with good bathroom. Breakfast was huge. And delicious. Spa quite ok. The "Finnische Sauna" was not quite Finnish, but still good.The reception service was great, also the restaurant.

No lockers at spa. No dressing rooms either. Signs and info only in german. The restaurant had a quite thin ala carte menu.

The breakfast was excellent--good variety and quality of food. The pool and game room were both appreciated.

The room was a bit ordinary, and air conditioning would have been welcome.

The venue offers a large a variety of services, located in Reinstorf, surrounded by gardens and a large wellness area. Rooms are well decorated, clean, practicable and with all essential amenities. Staff was very friendly and welcomed.

. Not the restaurant, this was a disaster, by service and quickness, the same area was used for breakfast. A hard management skill is strongly recommended.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, restaurant has good food during the evening, and a swimming pool. We didnt use other facilities.

Opening hours sauna could be extended to 2100 in my opinion (we would have liked to use the sauna after dinner) and the water in the swimming pool was cold.

The nature around and its super close to Lünebrug if you traveloling by car

Unclean, it is a spa hotel but we didnt had the feeling we can relax of all the rules we got explained. It looks like no one takes car of the space with love. Looks rundown. Breakfast wasnt good at all.

The hotel was incredibly amazing! The staff was super friendly, I got lost arriving and the girl help me with the taxi and everything. The beds are super comfortable and the breakfast is amazing is a buffet and very good quality.The pool is big and cool.If you want to disconnect to the city, this is the place

After a 250 mile journey we got to the hotel.It was disappointing to find that there were workmen working above our floor with a deafening drilling sound for a long time. This was far from relaxing or meeting the expectations of a hotel room.So I went to inform reception and the response was inadequate and quite rude.I was told that the workmen have to do the work because they had to get the room ready to make money.
