Belvilis Hotel

Very good location and very nice atmosphere. The rooms were nice and cozy.

The SPA are was small and a little run down, but the hotel tries its best to make the experience as enjoyable as possible by providing amenities that are not usually not found in “higher class” hotels.

Great location and beautiful surroundings. The cottage was very spacious with separate bedrooms which is very comfy for a family with kids.

The facilities are not very modern. Also, the swimming pool was open from 4 till 7pm in April which was a bit of disappointment for the kids.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel, as we have for the past 18 years as loyal visitors. While the hotel is no longer new, it consistently exceeds our expectations. The staff's friendliness and dedication to going the extra mile to meet guests' needs are truly exceptional. This level of service, combined with the hotel's location and closeness to nature, is what keeps us coming back year after year. Additionally, the restaurant has been offering a very tasty menu recently, which has added even more value to our experience.

Nice to be in a room looking out to the trees. Big room. OK bed.

No kettle. No fridge. No drinks after about 9.30.

If really my friends and my self enjoying every minute in this place. Staff just perfect. Lake is nice and clean enough for swimming. Located in very nice place. Barbecue facilities great as well.

Amazing location, in the middle of a beautiful pine forest on the shore of a lake. Perfect for a relaxing break.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, the first thing I noticed was the spider webs on the lamps, which set a poor tone from the start. The pool area was in terrible shape, with broken tiles and a non-functioning fountain. Inside the hotel room, the floors were damaged, adding to the overall sense of neglect. My initial room was occupied by builders, so I was redirected to another one, which was inconvenient and unprofessional. There were also no recommendations for activities or city guidance provided, leaving me to figure things out on my own. Overall, this hotel needs serious improvement.

Great location with a very lovely lake nearby, very friendly and hospitable staff, the rooms were very clean and big with a spacious terrace and nice view to the greenery.

There was no option to book rooms with double beds, therefore, we all had twin beds grouped together.

- it was very difficult to find a massage room as there were no directional signs- beds could be more comfortable

Friendly staffLocation is great - close to lake. Restaurant food is tasty. Nice that we could borrow boat (free of charge) and swim around the lake. Lake houses are spacious and perfect for families - has a terrance, small fridge and kitchen.

We would have liked the breakfast to start earlier (maybe from 08 or 08:30, at least for our family it was difficult to wait until 09).The houses could use a brush-up or a small renovation ( f.eks the floors could be oiled).

Breakfast (poor), rooms (old smell, worn, kitchen unhygienic, neglected), windows without mosquito protection, jacuzzi not working.

We loved the surroundings; restaurant and food; rooms very spacious and comfortable. Beautiful location. There was parking as well. The restaurant and reception staff were excellent, very polite and helpful. There is also a live music in the evenings at the restaurant, which is a nice touch. You can sit outside if it's warm.We hope we will come again.

We lacked facilities in the room such as kettle and small fridge, which could be very useful.

House needs refurbishment, it has been worn out. Food in the restaurant - breakfast poor, no food left at 10.20. Replenished only at request 20mins later when we were leaving. New staff in the restaurant clueless. Wrong order taken, therefore kids ate and we were still waiting. Got told that the drinks will be complimentary - at the end it was forgotten. When mentioned - one drink was taken of the bill. Again - staff great and we have no remarks about them at all. Steak quality - meat cut is great, preparation - very lacking, it was a sad feeling of a wasted good meat. Kids food choice - lacking, portions could be smaller but better quality (pasta sauce, sausages - less than optimal). Pancakes with veal - good. Burger meat - questionable for an angus as claimed (frozen?). Sweet potatoes chips - great. Didnt try the pool area - looks dated, strange opening timing and not particularly clean. Beach part - great location, jetty to small for amount of people using it. Bar closed on friday evening - strange. No acoustic concert as advertised on Saturday? Not sure if it was hidden then:)

- Well illuminated because of the high windows - location in the middle of the woods surrounded by beautiful nature- Sauna and swimming pool were good- good breakfast options - Netflix access

- Some details in the infrastructure to be fixed
