- Easy check in and out ,staff were very friendly.-bar staff included! Parking was good.(weekday) The style of the room was nice.

- Although measurements were given of the room on bookings,we didn't really expect the room to be so small and cramped. It had a little hallway within the room, and the floor/door was slanted. There was a big gap underneath the main door to the room. Our bathroom had black mould on the ceiling, which I wouldn't expect in a hostel, never mind a 140 room and I think proper mugs would be better than paper cups for tea and coffee-this really cheapens the feeling of the room. No bottled water to drink, the room had heating which couldn't be turned off and it was 18 outside. We were put in the front of the hotel and I understood the traffic noise couldn't be helped but it was very noisy outside.
