Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that while pets are not allowed in the hotel, guide dogs are accepted and a request must be made at time of booking. When booking 4 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply. A card will be required on check in for payment. If the card will not be present at check in then please contact the hotel to arrange payment in advance. Credit cards will be charged 48 hours prior to arrival and bookings made less than 48 hours prior to arrival will be charged upon booking. Should the card decline, the hotel reserves the right to cancelation the booking. Please note that photography and videography is not allowed on site without prior consent
